While the app does work, I for some reason had to hold my phone upside down. Like it didn't really know it's left from it's right. I would go left, the map icon would say I was going right. I could have just been a glitch, because it worked on my second trip. If construction wasn't going on I wouldn't have needed it because I've been so much I know SW like the back of my hand. But kids love it, and I like the animals.
I love the app the app definitely is user friendly and helps you get all around the park. I love that they have the wait times for the ride and you can filter out exactly what you're looking for. It is also fairly self-explanatory no complicated definitely will keep on my phone for my next trip this year
Very informative and easy to use. Especially find the schedule and ability to reserve seats helpful. Much better than wondering around trying to find things, show times, etc.
Surprisingly nice app. Built in GPS navigation feature is very useful. Love the overall design and its features, such as browsing by categories to look for rides or dining without the extra clatter. Kudos to developers.
Map is SAME for all rides n shows. Same black line from birds to mako rode, never updates. No place with drink kiosks. Ice Breaker still shows coming next year. And the park...went way down hill! Everything broke, shut down, dirty, not a good experience at all. Walked in circles and wasted a day.
There is no way to copy and paste your annual pass number from the app to the website to login while inside the park. Pass numbers are like 16 plus numbers long! Six Flags app has a feature to do this and it's brilliant.
Wait times are never accurate, which was very annoying. Map and directions work great on it and it does update when a ride is closed and open.
App is difficult to navigate. No easy way to find restrooms. Can only view today's hours and showtimes, not future dates which makes it hard to plan ahead. You have to click on each individual to see ride times and it's not shown on the app when attractions are temporarily closed. You can't order food through the app or even view the menu. It gives you a link to download the menu which doesn't open. The old app was better. Don't know why they ruined it.
This app sometimes has trouble loading. It also doesn't show the wait times for most of the rides. I also like to see accurate ride wait times & what rides are temporarily closed on the app.
No ride times are available on the app and most things were closed while visiting Seaworld Orlando. Apparently Journey to Atlantis closed at 5 but the only signage they had was right at the queue. DO NOT DEPEND ON THIS APP you have to walk everywhere to get your information for anything.
Greatly improved version of the app. Still needs wait times but there's no more lag and everything runs smoothly with lots of useful information.
Really helpful! Directions to work, All showtimes display as well as ride times. Right times may not be as long as the app says.
Very useful companion on the park visit. Never got lost. Wait times were not always accurate, but other than that, very useful.
As of this review no paper maps are available and forcing people to use the app. Unfortunately the app has very limited information and is poorly presented. Very disappointing as it was very hard to find things and information. Many of the icons have very big borders that block the map. Links to information to the website is broken. There was no ride wait time information available like other nearby parks.
In theory this app is great as it has everything I need when at the park, wait times, show times, map etc. Unfortunately after the first half hour of use it just wouldn't load anything, despite having full wifi signal it seems to be permanently stuck on a load screen, ive force stopped the app and even uninstalled and re installed but still no change! It's a shame because the park itself is amazing, they just need to cone up to speen with the supporting technology.
New app is really nice. Has animal listings show times, restaurant menus, and pass/ticket purchases and barcodes. Really clean UI, very easy to navigate. Really makes the special events (like Electric Ocean) offerings stand out. Two suggestions: Would love to be able to add passes to Google Pay, and also a dark mode that matches system settings.
Helps find where you want to go easy compared to paper map. Would be perfect if it showed waut times for rides to plan a route.
App Works but is never correct, queue times where either showing incorrectly or not at all.
Great app just wish you could view park hours and wait times (it's a bit buggy viewing wait times, like not all of them show up) Other than that it's great!
Does not update the rides, especially when rides are closed. Wasted a lot of time running to rides that they kept shutting down, but didn't update on the app.
It's alright. The calendar of events doesn't match the one online. It has less to view. I do appreciate the map.
Very easy to us. Love that the map is interactive and shows best rote to selected attraction.
More sales pitch, less guide. When at the park, you want immediate info about show times and attractions. Although ride wait times were shown, the daily showtimes were not...I kept consulting the paper list in my pocket. Everytime I looked up a restaurant or attraction it gave me offers for premium upgrades rather than real information. Good ride descriptions and good PRICES would be very useful. Again, I just kept using the paper map and guide I picked up @ the entrance.
This app is in great need of modernization! It's slow, I can never get the pass member benefits to show up, there is no clear option to see the schedule because after pressing an option on "today's schedule", there is zero way to go back to see the entire schedule. If it worked properly this could be a home run, right now it's one star :(
