I've had the app for a few years and it used to be great. Now it gets worse every few months. I just uninstalled and reinstalled it because I went into it to check my credentials and policies and it's completely blank (total white space) when I open it. What happened to it? I don't recommend it to anyone anymore. Update: the app was working for a long while and I was able to check in on my ebadge. It will not open anymore. It's just blank! I need this to work, and soon! Nothing will help!

used this app for work for the past couple of years with no real issues .. the last couple months, when i go to open the app, the logo page pops up then it's completely blank. just a white page. very frustrating as i can't check my credentials, sign in, or update necessary items. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. people need to use this app every day for work--- fix the bugs already!!

3/24/21 new day same issues. I clicked on facilities and the spinning loading wheel went so long that my screen timed out Absolutely the worst credential app in existence!!!!!! This makers of this app either doesn't care or they're just not any good. How long has it been that this app has been this slow? It has been extremely slow for years and they still haven't figured it out. Everything you do on this app causes it the loading wheel to spin for what feels like an eternity.

Application improves with every upgrade. Would be nice to get more notifications of upgrades. On the latest Android 12 via Samsung S21. Wait times for customer service up and down, but they always respond.

Another bug signing in, when filling out for site information, the info you type stays blank, you can't tell what your typing nor can't tell what is being asked to fill out. Even worse, you try to put hours on your supposed stay, but you can't see the hours to select on the pull down.

I've been using the app for over 4 years and everything WAS great. I could approve loads of policies that never applied to me and add new facilities on the go. Now, it's a more than useless white screen. Uninstalled, reinstalled, force stop, Reboot do not fix. If you are looking for an app that is just a white screen, I would give 5 stars lol. Please fix your app!

the app is needlessly slow, log you out randomly, and cant even transmit your login to either the go badge or the hospital badge printer additionally, it only lets you check in when you are 100 yards from the facility, which largely negates the point of checking in remotely anyways hilariously enough they added a referral program for some reason, as if any of us had a choice in using this i wouldnt refer this app to an enemy, not matter how much they offer

My experience was working just fine. But since last week I have been unable to open the app. Will change my rating back to 5 stars as soon as the issue is fixed. The app has been uninstalled and reinstalled, as well as i have restarted my phone.

The app opens and I can mobile check in. My ebadge days I'm connected. But when I try to transfer my check in info to the ebadge, the app tells me to install the app. THE APP TELLS ME TO INSTALL THE APP. It's installed. It just doesn't work. So I still need to go physically print out a sticker onsite.

The cost went up and customer service took a noise dive. The last few times I called in I was placed on hold for an hour or more, the last time I was on hold for over an hour and then got disconnected. I sent them a follow up email to customer service to get a response and it has been close to a week with no response.

Trash. Absolutely hate this, but hospitals require it so what are you to do? I keep sending in documents that make their requirements for credentialing but keep getting rejected time and time again, having to go back to HR to ask for another new document to submit thereby drawing out what should be a simple process. Infuriating.

This is truly horrible, $300, an automated negative review for not being able to sign out, terrible instructions...its a cash grab with little modesty. Wouldn't even give it half a star if were an option, my one star is negative star...even if it gets better, like two star, itll still be one star. Hah!

Horrible interface. The Rep score is ridiculous. They let you attempt to sign into an account that has a unsigned policy then they give you a negative score. Why let us sign in in the first place? What is this elementary school!!!? Update your horrible software.
