SEC³URE Mobile App

I've had the app for a few years and it used to be great. Now it gets worse every few months. I just uninstalled and reinstalled it because I went into it to check my credentials and policies and it's completely blank (total white space) when I open it. What happened to it? I don't recommend it to anyone anymore. Update: the app was working for a long while and I was able to check in on my ebadge. It will not open anymore. It's just blank! I need this to work, and soon! Nothing will help!

used this app for work for the past couple of years with no real issues .. the last couple months, when i go to open the app, the logo page pops up then it's completely blank. just a white page. very frustrating as i can't check my credentials, sign in, or update necessary items. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. people need to use this app every day for work--- fix the bugs already!!

3/24/21 new day same issues. I clicked on facilities and the spinning loading wheel went so long that my screen timed out Absolutely the worst credential app in existence!!!!!! This makers of this app either doesn't care or they're just not any good. How long has it been that this app has been this slow? It has been extremely slow for years and they still haven't figured it out. Everything you do on this app causes it the loading wheel to spin for what feels like an eternity.

Doesn't work. Haven't been able to sign in mobile for over 4 months and still has not been fixed even after countless calls and emails to their customer service

New badges have not and will not work with Android. Bluetooth will connect, but image doesn't flash.

Application improves with every upgrade. Would be nice to get more notifications of upgrades. On the latest Android 12 via Samsung S21. Wait times for customer service up and down, but they always respond.

This app consistently doesn't work. Today the check in button for my facility just doesn't do anything. Not able to sign in from mobile. Great work devs.

Another bug signing in, when filling out for site information, the info you type stays blank, you can't tell what your typing nor can't tell what is being asked to fill out. Even worse, you try to put hours on your supposed stay, but you can't see the hours to select on the pull down.

I've been using the app for over 4 years and everything WAS great. I could approve loads of policies that never applied to me and add new facilities on the go. Now, it's a more than useless white screen. Uninstalled, reinstalled, force stop, Reboot do not fix. If you are looking for an app that is just a white screen, I would give 5 stars lol. Please fix your app!

the app is needlessly slow, log you out randomly, and cant even transmit your login to either the go badge or the hospital badge printer additionally, it only lets you check in when you are 100 yards from the facility, which largely negates the point of checking in remotely anyways hilariously enough they added a referral program for some reason, as if any of us had a choice in using this i wouldnt refer this app to an enemy, not matter how much they offer

My experience was working just fine. But since last week I have been unable to open the app. Will change my rating back to 5 stars as soon as the issue is fixed. The app has been uninstalled and reinstalled, as well as i have restarted my phone.

The app opens and I can mobile check in. My ebadge days I'm connected. But when I try to transfer my check in info to the ebadge, the app tells me to install the app. THE APP TELLS ME TO INSTALL THE APP. It's installed. It just doesn't work. So I still need to go physically print out a sticker onsite.

The app is blank when opened. Screen is black. It has functioned in the past, but now not at all, even after re installing several times.

This app allows no contact check-in and saves so much time!

The cost went up and customer service took a noise dive. The last few times I called in I was placed on hold for an hour or more, the last time I was on hold for over an hour and then got disconnected. I sent them a follow up email to customer service to get a response and it has been close to a week with no response.

Horrible! It was working so well. but with the new fix my screen locks up all the time. you can no longer use any of the mobile functions!

Doesn't work with Android 9 or Older. You are forced to upgrade a good working phone. Terrible app. Doesn't work on Samsung S22 either. Don't waste your time.

Love getting the white screen of uselessness. Fix the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted the phone. Maybe its useful as a low level flashlight!

Absolutely terrible customer service, bugs within the app and badge. For the cost per year, it's ridiculous how hard it is to get help and info.

I have 0 expectation that any problems will be solved after over 30 calls. Great use of $150. They truly don't care, as an example they only reply to favorable reviews in the Play store

Trash. Absolutely hate this, but hospitals require it so what are you to do? I keep sending in documents that make their requirements for credentialing but keep getting rejected time and time again, having to go back to HR to ask for another new document to submit thereby drawing out what should be a simple process. Infuriating.

Constantly having issues logging in with the app. Always seems to be a issue using the app

This is truly horrible, $300, an automated negative review for not being able to sign out, terrible instructions...its a cash grab with little modesty. Wouldn't even give it half a star if were an option, my one star is negative star...even if it gets better, like two star, itll still be one star. Hah!

Horrible interface. The Rep score is ridiculous. They let you attempt to sign into an account that has a unsigned policy then they give you a negative score. Why let us sign in in the first place? What is this elementary school!!!? Update your horrible software.

pos. i have to ttpe in my password??? i make it complex to make it difficult to guess and i can't copy from my password vault and paste into this app?? yet another reason not to like this company.

doesnt work, white screen at open and doesnt change......uninstalled and started over....still sucks! locks up as soon as I start the app. really? how can you expect us to work like this?

Does not work. Waisted a lot of time trying to get this to work. No support to help. Tried to get support several times. Wish I had read the reviews before waiting my time.

Need to use sec3ure go in addition to this for the GO! badge but that app is not compatible with the majority of phones making the badge useless.

This app is marginal at best. Most days I can't even get it to launch without restarting my phone first. When it works, it's great.

If only I'm able to login from the app... but it is impossible.
