After update this apps, i lost all my hide photos, videos and contact. What is happening, i don't understand, please do it something, it's very wrong,😡

It all started out good, I added one contact to try out. Everything was good. Then i added several more and now they are all lost. Theres no trash can to undo or recover lost contacts. How do i get them back?
