Nothing works on sprint note 3 on stock firmware. Renders app useless.

Hi please help me, i recently downloaded this app because my phone data signal stacks in only H&E . so i selected the radio band to USA and the network signal went off it not coming again i hard reset the phone and still please help its motorola droid maxx 2
