I love secret shopping so much. This app is great. There are shops all over the place. I do them at home and on the road. I love planning paid vacations.

I believe that this company is legit however they do not have a policy in place to accommodate for the fact that the shoppers like myself do have families and unfortunately sometimes unexpected emergencies causing us to miss or needing to reschedule or cancel a job previously signed up for and for that reason I regrettably feel that this is not the job for me I guess. The reason I'm at home and doing part-time jobs and working as a independent contractor is because my family comes first.

Horrible company. App works fine but stay away. I sent an email asking if rescheduling was an option and instead of answering me, they canceled my project and closed my account. I never told them that I would not do it. These people must not know how to read very well. Not worth your time

For me it has been doing some enjoyable activities and getting paid to do them. It's a great deal!

The app itself is easy to use and navigate. My only complaint is they just do not pay enough in my opinion. The shops that require you to go to a place pay super low and are usually pretty extensive, have alot of questions you have to ask and sometimes they want you to record or take pics. If you make even 1 simple mistake then you will not get paid! I dont know about you, but I make mistakes from time to time and I cannot afford to not be paid for my work so I haven't done any shops for them.

Easy to use. Shop questionnaires are genreally pretty easy and don't take an abundance of time. Higher paying shops means more questions to answer. I've never had an issue, shops are pretty quick to complete, and I've never received less than the top rating for shops I've done. Do it right and you'll like it!

I spent hours getting prepared for a shop, when suddenly it was cancelled. My entire account was cancelled. My request to a reason has been ignorred. I've been in this industry for years, so I'm not sure what the problem could be. I'm starting to wonder if this was a scam to get all my information. This is the only SS app so far that I've had any issues with.

Useless, I installed this app and signed up only to be disappointed by the lack of available shops and the shops that were near me, only one by the way, showed there was a wait list for that shop and another shop that was available not even in my area. What a complete waste of time, not worth it so I do not recommend it to anyone.!!!

I was able to sign up, but whenever I try to open shop instructions, I get a blank white page. I've tried submitting a request through the app, but get no response. I've even called the 800 number it went straight to voicemail. anybody know how I can get the instructions to display? update- the app is working and I'm able to shop. I'd definitely recommend this app to others.

Recently added and app makes user pass a quiz before u can create an account. Quiz is basically do's and dont's(a ton), which took me about 20 mins to read through and pass quiz.(payment will be 20th of every month based on previous month activity)This is not taking into consideration creating an account, which took an extra 5 mins. Afterwards i search my area, and there are no shops available!! Wish they would give that option first before wasting my time!! Will be uninstalling nonetheless.

This app crashes everytime during the sign up process. This is a known problem but continues to happen to people. After the third time trying to sign up with it crashing it's not worth it

App is easy to use, buts jobs are scarce. I've been using this app for three years and see only two types of jobs: quarterly Charter/Spectrum customer service checks and semiannual Matress by Appointment reviews. Pay is very slow. For example, I completed jobs the first week of November's 2019 and won't get paid until December 20, 2019.

Known issues with the app crashing when creating profile. You answer numerous questions, agree and consent a few times, take a quiz, enter all your personal info and at the end before you submit, it crashed. SS continues to respond to these reviews stating there should or is an option at the end to submit manually but it doesn't let you get that far! I did the process 3x and each time crashed with 1 or 2 questions left. Not worth the effort as this CLEARLY is a problem for many users and the company hasn't bothered resolving this. If I can't properly register not trusting SS with my time and payment!!!

The app is easy to use overall. However, there are days the app has a mind of its own. The app likes to log me out when I try to upload my pictures which absolutely annoys because I have to ask the coordinator to attach them for me. Otherwise, I enjoy doing this on my days off making extra money.

Total scam. Tried to contact support numerous times to get my payment. I moved and needed to update my address. Not a single peep in response just totally ignored me. Lost $40 and a lot of time. Beware.

!!SCAM!! After taking the quiz and spending forever answering all of the Qs to create my account, it said I already had an account when I don't. I ignored the red flags that neither the FAQS nor privacy terms links work. It's a complete waste of time & gets ur SS# & info (if dumb enough to give it to them). This is a complete scam! Don't waste your time or give them your info!!

too rigid - no true customer "service"... am sure peeps will "disagree"... did NOT self assign and was told I did, when I TRIED to get back in app, almost a year later, am informed of "case"...one and done..?? IF I am going to "self-assign" it's def going to be for something "close", NOT almost an hour's drive for $15...?? that makes NO sense!! even for a "first" gig!!

New and not impressed. How can you find a job if priority is given to those who already members? Im going to withdraw and to delivery

I received my check in the mail yesterday for only a partial month. I can't wait to get next month's check! This app is easy to use and the audits or mystery shops are easy.

Totally pointless in my area. In my STATE. I signed up a long time ago, but never found any jobs--like NONE LISTED. I tried again today and still nothing. I can find jobs in very far away places, but nothing remotely close.

Terribly frustrating it is by far the worst app that I have downloadedever I would not recommend this to anyone and I never ever give ratings like this but it wasted my time repeatedly I got kicked out and could not log back in I reset my password several times through my email still would not let me get back in I spent more time trying to login then I actually did in the app did not get a dime either strongly encourage you do not get this app

They don't have any shop, plus they are very rude. I found a shop and when I wanted to cancel it, it wasn't possible! I contacted them and they just blocked me!! Lol

This app is great you get paid $30 for a few minutes of your time on average it's a great side hustle or you can even turn it into more than that become a professional shopper it's a good site

I downloaded this app a few months ago, and it has never really worked right. For instance, there are never any shops available! I wish it had work...

I just went through the long process of signing up only to find out there is NOTHING available in my area. Actually nothing even far away. Im so confused. Should I delete this app? If something changes I will change my rating if this proves to be all they say it is.
