Sector Strike

This is actually an extremely well crafted piece of equipment. The retro-style "lose power on hit" idea is very well implemented. Bullet speed and quantity are very carefully balanced, so the game might be tough, but not frustrating. Enemies are cute! Upgrade system is simple, but inspiring. Some grinding seem to be required for me to up power for easier enemy extinguishing starting from level 35, but it's still pretty fun to play. And, of course - no ads. I hate ads and if I can't get rid of them, usually I get rid of the game instead. Some IAP to support devs, not required to finish the game. Once I'm done with the game, I'll probably consider buying one of the packs to support great devs.

Very amazing game, better bullet storm than the popular alien shooter IMO! Can be played vertically if you choose. After sector 30 I started focusing on dodging bullets only looking at my ship (what makes it better than others) whilst dodging I manage to destroy ships without aiming haha amazing game, much slower and randomly scattered bullets unlike most they mainly go in a downward motion which is boring not to mention homing rockets coming at ya! 6/5 recommend for an actual bulletstorm game!

Great game with good controls and smooth gameplay. Very good graphics and quality music. Very small download and doesn't drain your battery quickly. Overall it's a fun and challenging game. No ads at all. Great job developers!

Fun and addictive takes bit of skill but you get it on the way witch is fun part...I have Suggestion to game makers well since you use your finger to guide ship it makes it difficult to see ship under finger and during heavy fire this is quite strenuous and stress full dodging incoming fire even if you use the alt control option in settings menu.

Dozens of hours (so far) of fun gaming for free! Buy upgrades only if you are impatient, otherwise, collect coins in the game. Great game play and power up system. I'm really enjoying this game! Beating levels is one kind of fun, so is working to earn maximum upgrades in all types of weaponry.

Cool but needs some help. Firstly, I always hold my phone upside down to play, much easier. Next the difficulty ramping is ridiculous; 1 hit to die with no powerups and 1 hit with full power takes you down to 1 hit to die!! OOF . BIG OOF Edit: developer last updated over a year ago, dang.

I like the game . It reminds me of R-type. It be nice if you can play with friends. Something like double dragon two players at the same time but on different phones. And I would like it if I could play it full screen on my phone. Also we need more bosses on the game.

Remember playing the app years ago and even now this game a nice little keeper pickupnplay style game highly recommend. The downsides is it's still not updated a few more ships or levels bosses etc.

Would like to give it more of a rating but I feel like either coins need a higher value or you're shop needs to downsize cost. Games are meant to be fun. Good game just need some tweaking 🙂

Played this before it was super fun and good to pass a week with, levels are endless and get progressively harder but you have more options to upgrade as you please inbetween difficulty which make it quite fun. Also you earn upgrades in level like powerups based on how well you manuver which is awesome!!

I have a wonderful childhood because of this game. The soundtracks are amazing, the gameplay is quite challenging. Its really fun and relaxing for some challenges. Thank you clapfoot for making me happy!

A good horizontal shmup. Smooth, clear graphics...good sound and controls. Not been bombarded with ads, either. Well worth investigating. Thank you, developers.

Love this game so far. Controls are excellent, a good variety of enemies, challenging but not overly difficult, & I don't think I'm gonna hit a paywall.

This is hands down one of the best mobile games. This game is really difficult and has great graphics. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes games like defender, artype ect.

Excellent development team. The leader of its genre, 5 stars. Also of note, through diligence Sector Strike can be beaten without purchasing upgrades however tempting they are.

This in my opinion is the best free platform game I have played so far on Android. The graphics are first class, game play is excellent, story line etc. I love everything about this game. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

I know I'm late to the party but thus little gem is perfect. No ads challenging gameplay and looks good for the date lol. Needs an update but don't mess this game up. U guys need to show the rest of the android market on how to do it. Good job. ND GLAD I FOUND IT.

Good, but I would like energy drops to be more common, and to be able to go back to previous sectors. If those are added, I might update my review. overall, good game. Oh, and less hostile orb things please.

Simply one of the finest sideways scrolling shmups on android. Wish there were more of this quality and I would happily pay for them.

Simple, but really fun! So far from what I can tell the micro transaction is forced on you, and you can progress through the game without spending a single dime.
