App not working! It keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet when I am. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling...still doesn't work.

App used to work great. Now it's useless to me since it constantly says I'm not connected to the internet even when I am.

Looks like a great app but unable to load and use. Almost as if it was made for show.

I believe this app could do a bit more. The best thing about it is you can transfer finds between your accounts in seconds. I think there should be a finger print security feature added or at least keep the pin code security consistent. When I open my app I never how how it's going to ask me to log in.

The app is OK sometimes. But it has a tendency of kicking you out. Also it sometimes don't show all of the pending deductions coming out of your checking account. I liked it more when all I had too do was put in my pin number instead of typing in my password all the time. Everytime I have too upgrade it changes the feature and I have to start all over again. But other than that is a great at thank you.

There doesn't appear to be a way to refresh the accounts displayed. I transfered money via the web, but the app still shows the accounts pre-transfer. The clock icon near the top middle doesn't do anything. I think I might need to exit and reenter to get it to reread my account information.

Why the change? Liked previous app better. App is too busy & too many steps. Not as user friendly as previous app. Doesn't give running balance in checking. I don't like that my complete credit card numbers are visible in the bill pay section. They aren't like that on desktop version, so why here? You can't edit or cancel payment on the app either have to do it on desktop version.

This app was wonderful. The best banking app I have used between four different banking apps for various accounts. I do not like the forcing customers to use a completely different app, NOT AN UPDATE TO THIS ONE. The new app is terrible and asks for more permissions than this one did, yet it is supposed to be "more secure" according to your reps? This app was a five out of five 5/5, it now doesn't even open and causes you to download a new, completely different app. Terrible business practice. Just terrible. A pox, a pox on your otherwise great bank and business. I am disappointed.

Doesn't work anymore, insists on an update which takes you to a different page and shows as incompatible with my Galaxy S5. Horrible App for a Horrible Bank.

I think the app should be updated that I can transfer money from and to other Banks account of mine, nevertheless, the app scored high marks. Thanks

Used to work, now when I try to login says system unavailable please try again later. Been like this for weeks and nobody has fixed it.

The new updated mobile app constantly crashes as soon as I sign in every time. It says a message of time out login within less than 2 seconds every time, which I believe is a glitch. Please fix this.

The app no longer works because of the newest update, but the newest update isn't compatible with my device. This app is how I cash my paycheck, but now I can't do that because... what, you wanted some new features? You felt like only iphone or galaxy whatever users should be able to update their bank accounts via mobile? This isn't a game or a luxury, this is our livelihood. You just restricted the ability of others to access their money. Money which is used to pay for food, shelter, education, medical care, all the things necessary for survival in this capitalist society. Think about how your actions affect the lives of others before you move forward with these kinds of decisions.

I used to be able to use my fingerprint to open it up but somehow that has disappeared and I have to use my password every time. Not real happy about that.

Works relatively well, is lacking in user friendlyness. Wish I had more access to my accounts.

This new app lets me view my credit card use but I don't like that I had to get reapproved for mobile check deposits. I still feel this app is good and convenient.

Ever since the update all my notifications have stopped. The desktop version says to set it on the mobile app, and the mobile app says to set it on the desktop.... Terrible is an understatement.....

It is a great app when it works. However, it logs you out sometimes or pending transactions are no visible.

Easy to use and log in but very vague. Would be nice to have other tool and information

This is confusing., not sure why I dont have proper access to my account. Them you cant get anyone on the Secu phone to help. This is ridiculous

To use it I have to uninstall it and download before I can use it. It's really annoying but other than that it does what I need it to.

They need a text line for when your in a crowded place and you don't want everyone all in your business.

Hello I've had this app for quite sometime maybe a little over a year and I didn't realize it until now, that I can't link/send money to another account under the same branch or at least I don't know how to within the app please I beg of you help/fix. p.s 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It doesn't show a running balance and sometimes credit card transactions take forever to post.

This app is never "real time". When it shows the balance its never right!! Causes a big problem on my end. I feel like the app could be more in depth. Took forever to sign in when I switched my phone. Needs a better app with more to do on it on your phone.

The app is very limited in options. No details are available about transactions. No details about loan payments. Total waste of time.
