A recent update and the app is working again. My fingers are crossed that access to functionality will be maintained.

Every time i connect a confirmation sms is sent. It is supposed to be read automatically but in reality the app cannot read it even though i give my concent. Phone: Xiaomi

The last update creates an error due to violation of security policies and android closes the app. This happened to me today March 13.

This App worked for several years ok, but now will not run on my phone reporting security violation.

Can't take screen shots? Cards still can't be added to samsung pay or Google pay. Deposits are the worst, cant just sign and take shots from and back, it is so complicated that I rather drive 10 miles to chase or use wells Fargo direct deposit. New upgrade just sits there on app and won't load on start-up.

Can't see my statement and the options for making a credit card payment only includes the minimum payment, the full balance, and other. So if you haven't memorized your balance payment for the end of the month too bad for you.

Whenever I try to log in, on either iOS or Android, asks me for a phone number for security alerts. I fill this in, and am told it's updated successfully. When I click continue, it kicks me out the app and asks me to enter the info again. App is pretty useless at the moment, since I can't use it.

The application has improved very much since the early releases. Check deposits are stable now and transfers between accounts have a clear worflow. The statement page could be better: for example, on the description field, maybe allow for smaller font so it can show all the fields that are relevant to the user

It's a great app. They have made several changes that make it run smoother. It would help if all the transactions are listed in the account summary rather than just listing for the current month.

Simply terrible! The app blocks everytime in seconds. It takes long time to open. Credit card statement is a mess. Any issue can be only solved by calling the support.

App is fine when it works but is down way more than any other banking app that I use. Seems like every few days I get a message about encountering an error and to call for assistance.

Much improved from previous version, easy to navigate and perform the required ooeration. Nice touch to be able to use the finger print to log in.

App is broken since last update. "Security policy violation" pops up when you open the app, then app shuts down... USELESS!!! Error 1839:BFF2

Very convenient. I love being able to easily log in with the fingerprint option and mobile deposit makes life so much easier.

Keeps asking for phone number then kicks you out after log in details entered

I can not run the app on my one plus 7 pro it keeps telling me that " To safe guard this app it can not be run on rooted or jailbroken devices " although I have never rooted my phone nor installed a suspicious app, please help

nice app, it would be great if you could add the options to control the visa card payment.

It doesn't come up on my new Android system. Worked on the old phone. No maintenance it seems.

Ilove that I can sign in using my fingerprint! mobile deposit of a check is super easy and the best I've used from any bank.

works fine but need to add the option for international wire transfers.

Every time I try to log into my account I have to change my password as it doesn't recognize my password. It is annoying.

Frequently broken - constantly says i have no network connection and won't open.

It is not bad, but can be mor better. It should be imprived to see transaction history.

I wish the app showed you the account numbers. But it is a very secure app.
