I buy 3 systems and I just install one I follow the limited instructions to connected on my phone and see my cameras they work only in WiFi not outside my network the application Said DEVICE OFFLINE I'll been trying to see if there another way to make it work and see my cameras without WiFi but there's nothing please need your help there is another way to change this and make it work... I see in the reviews all people complain about your application and the dvr quality... Please

Good app, but when viewing playback there doesn't seem to be a way to fast forward the play back, neck great of you could do. Nothing happens when you go to the feedback section and there are 3 little dots on top of each other that don't seem to do anything at the very bottom right corner of my screen.

Not compatible with Samsung tablets OR iPads. App downloads, but says "Device Not Connected" constantly. App works on iPhone, so I know the device IS connected. Called the only phone number I could find and was sworn at by the man on the phone. Waiting now, Day 6, to get e-mailed support. Absolutely terrible experience.

Workex for a while but now Keeps giving me message "device is offline" cannot view outside my home or without my home wifi, have emailed this app customer service 9 times in past 2 months with no response nor effort to fix the issue. Have unplugged and reset everything, uninstalled app 5 times and reinstalled and still same issue.

I got this app for my zosi 8 channel DVR. Only the first 4 of my 8 cameras will connect even though there are 8 channels on the app. The feeds that do work are extremely laggy and constantly freeze. The play back function doesn't work the app constantly force closes and either the support page doesn't work or no one is responding. I would have spent a little more money and got a better system if I had known I'd be stuck with this. Very disappointing

in addition to the other problems reported elsewhere... it does function but.... V. slow performance - Zosi hardware is better than this. This ap is for use with their Zosi security camera system. the ap requires use of their proxy service to work. I would like to know if there is a 3rd party paid camera ap that is compatible with the zosi hardware - the hardware is actually very good quality.

This app works as they say it would...the setup was easy. I was able to connect to the server in just few minutes. I also tested using the app on my 4G and it worked wonderfully. The only iasue I have is that when an alarm is triggered the app does not alert me and I think this would have made it EXCELLENT!

When it works it's OK. Why doesn't it display more than 4 cameras. My DVR has 6 cameras but I can only view 4! Told the app it was an 8 camera DVR when setting it up but, still can only see 4. No matter what bitrate it's set at in the DVR the video in the app is very blocky and low res. Any movement in the frame and it breaks up so identification of the individual is impossible. However, I have tried other apps and none work with my DVR. All problems are fixable but it doesn't appear the developer cares.

The quality is horrible. But then it started this annoying thing where if it an alarm will pop up in front of ur screen and ring regardless if ur phone is locked or if ur in an app, even phone calls, it will pop up and block your view, and it will happen again and again until I force close the app. It's very annoying. Not to mention how (it popped up just now) annoying the alarm sound is. It sounds like a car alarm going off (beeping and honking). it popped up while I was typing this message!!!

It works but.. It sometimes does not find the server even if the windows application does... Unreliable would be the proper description. Also the options are very limited. Being able to have most of the features of IVSS (the destop software) would be an asset. I have yet to find a replacement APP. I use neteye camera for my lorex system but it is not compatible with ZOSI. I wish it were...

Worked fine initially, recently I am having this "device off line" message that is driving me insane... Only able to remote view while on home WiFi but not on data or anywhere else. I have done ton of research to fix this and followed the tech support instructions to the t multiple times, and no result. I have even disconnected everything and started from scratch hoping it would work but still only accessable from home WiFi and not data. I am so close to tossing these cameras to the trash and moving to a new and much more supported brand.

App work fine for me. You have to log into the app with the administration name and password from the dvr otherwise is says the system isn't connected.

Connects 1 out of 1000 times. Worst ever, what's the point of having cameras if you cannot connect and check them

This used to be fine. Now it only works on WiFi. After days of fooling with it I see that many users are having the exact same issues. Such a shame.

Had trouble setting parameters, but once I got it figured out...works very well. 4 stars views 4 cameras at a time only.

So far works better than other DVR apps I have used. Satisfied for use with inexpensive 4 camera system.

Bought a brand new Zosi system & used the QR code scanner to download this app & used the QR code scanner to install the system & manually installed it, both ways didn't work.

It is nearly impossible to enter a search time for saved video. As soon as you enter the end time, it changes the start time to exactly that time.

This app is awesome , just like goolink used to be before the latest update totally ruined it. Please don't change anything on this one. It's perfect as it is! Simple to set up and brilliant to use. Love it!

Just says device offline unless at WiFi. . All rather hopeless as a network camera system.

Keeps saying device offline on Samsung galaxy s8 will only connect when I'm on my home wifi . Bloody usless. Time to change brand of cameras and recommended not buying Zosi

The cameras show clear, an I can see them on my phone anywhere I go, so that's why I gave it 5 stars.

Very inconsistent. For a coyple of weeks I've been unable to connect. Right now did not work. I'm far away from home and I don't know what is happen'. I will change entire system for that reason as soon I will be back.

It was working great until about month ago. I can't view my cameras on my phone. It keep saying device off line.

Most inconsistent app. One day I can connect no problem next nothing but a black screen.

The app used to work every now and then, but the last few weeks it never connects. Fix your server to provide my service or I will be looking into getting my money back.

I have had the app for over a year and it Was great at connecting with my cameras but for the last 3-4 months the only time it will connect is if I have a strong wifi connection. Rather frustrating

This app will only work on my WiFi and not my mobile data and it's just the same on my tablet and it is always coming up device off line when it is not
