the app was amazing now ot just crashes. the developers off the app are hard to contact sent multiple emails with no reply. all i want now is to recover my data and find a new secure folder. the only good bit is that the adds aren't too bad.
I kept the app for less than 5 minutes. My favourite moment is how the ads pop up halfway through entering your pin, in order to make it more likely to click on. That was everything about the app that I needed to know. Deleted.
Dont use any apps from Hamama aps. I already lost my important files due to this junk apps. I trust this apps to protect my important files, but this apps loss it. In a review, A lot of users have same issue as mine but i REALLY DONT APPRECIATE THE WAY U REPLY TO THEM. If i can choose zero star, i choose zero. Your files will never save from this JUNK APPS.
It has so many ads that it's unusable. It saved my pictures at a very low quality (and automatically deleted the good versions) making them useless.
Just had the email verification bug hit me, says it was fixed on the feb 13th update but that seems to be fallacy. I have very important information in this app so some help on this matter would me much appreciated.
Does not close automatically and can wipe out entire folder with one wring click... not even an "are you sure".
I was attempting to log in, but i was then greeted with a message telling me i forgot my password. Not asking, but telling, but when i tried to use an email to send a confirmation email, it told me my email didnt exist and that my connection was poor, but neither were true.
Dissapointed, gone to go on my folder today and it says I need to put my email in to reset my password (don't know why as it's normally fingerprint log in) put email in and it says it can't send me an email!! How can I get my stuff back??
Works, very well, does its job so that it isn't spamming you with heavy running cost and notifications.
I just updated the app and a gmail verification pop up after that i open the app and all my data is gone it's just showing no charts available ehat does that mean? How can i extract my data back again?
It's great having a secure folder and it's secure even from me sometimes??? Seems like need more options for recovery it lags on using email
has a good experience with this app. just wanted to know where the data is stored...is it on web or inside our phone or tablets
Been using the app for over 6 months with no problems but now it suddenly won't open at all,it just stays on blank after password request
It Is very below par it has many things lacking. Can't select multiple pictures when uploading no.
How is this a secure folder if it doesnt even ask for the pin when you click on it? anyone can click on it and see whats it there, so whats the point?
I'm not able to find my pictures....damn ...don't know the reason....actually no data is shown It shows only the search bar and the ad to download another app
Isn't working My app updated and then asked me to enter email. I did that using my Gmail and now it's not even working. Will be super upset if all my pics are gone
The app isn't openning anymore and i think i might lose everything i have on it permanently. Can anyone do the necessary plzz.
Way too many ads!!!!! I know ads go hand in hand with free apps but this is excessive. Not worth it :(
Very bad because so many photos i add to this secure folder after i update it...its not opening..i feel very so sad😭😭😭😭😭 and i lost my all photos in this app😭😭😢😢😢😢😭😭
In new update I pressed verification mail button, but message "trouble ...." Keep showing, what can I do now to retrieve my pics and videos??
its very badly its not secured app dont install this when i install this and have pics in locked then i go setting manage app and open manage storage then open this app without security any can see imp things
tried to get photos out by emaling them to 3 different contacts no one got the photo. not happy with this at all.
I added lot of photos in the folder but it's not opening😭😭😭.. I lost all those photos.. Just hate this😡
The adds are so irritating. They just pop in and cover whatever you'll be watching. 😏
Kinda simple. Wish it had a little more features for the free version.
It looks like it "does the job", but I have lots of pictures to save, and I can only select one at a time to move to secure folder. Very inconvenient and time consuming. The ads between each picture transfer doesn't help
