When registering in SafeUM, a User is given a telephone number in a +3712 ХХХ-ХХХХ format (further - The Number).
In case of a User:
- doesn’t recharge The Number through 2 weeks (14 days) from the registration date
and/or
- from the last activity with the Number (incoming/outcoming call) have past 14 days or more, and the balance on the account is 0.00 EUR
SafeUM reserves the right to withdraw The Number.
Withdrawing The Number doesn’t impact on the User’s account functionality (including chats and calls within SafeUM to other SafeUM’s Users).
The recovery of The Number is technically IMPOSSIBLE.
When the balance is positive The Number will NOT be withdrawn.

Its a great application i recommend all to install it. The only problem i have is that it used to show 'plz check data in the feilds and try again' a lot of times then it gives a number which starts from +371.It should have a option to choose which number you want +371 or +994 the i will choose +994. Plz fix it
This is very bad app because when I try to sign up than it will say to wait 5 min and it shows ads after words it doesn't register only. Very bad app😡🤬🤬
Registration/Sign up error, too many permissions. I don't need to let you know my contacts or snoop my Phone. I just want you to work via Wifi and receive sms, not a sms replacement! Uninstalled within 30 seconds.
After giving all the necessary permissions, Device started hanging and it seemed like someone else is controlling the phone. Uninstalled the app without delay. Worst Experience. sometimes app rating may just a reverie.
Well it doesn't receive messages, most of the options are off, it's a USELESS APP in this manner , but the numbers are real they do exist only too bad if we can not use them because IT DOES NOT WORK.
Very bad application in the sense of the word. You're neglecting to help users, the app was great months ago, and now 60 minutes wait a number and it didn't show up for me🖕🏿🌹
Hello, well ... look, I was having a small problem with SafeUM, and that is that the app no longer creates my numbers, any username or password tells me that it does not work, please try to fix it , and it does not happen only to me but to all my other friends, the app as a good app but...this problem is serious.
Useless app. The start time is loaded for 5 minutes, then the try again letter is written again. Don't installed this app & don't waste your time.
Bad app. I spend much time to create account but it always says try again. Waste of time. You must fix the problem.

This app does not have a number and does not work when it is being created. The app needs to be improved to open easily when we sign in with ID and password.

Cannot even register. It keeps on saying after all input detail asked to check detail again. There's nothing to check, what to check, give exact detail of error. Very disappointing!

Was working for a long time. Now it's not working, can't create a new account and not able to sign into an old account with correct credentials.
when we installed your app few days later all formalities like id and passwords when we complete all fields an error occured in all fields this is show again and again id is not making .please solve this problem.i want to use your app again.ease solve this problem.
Despite the fact that is collecting user data(mentioned in privacy and policy) and monitizing through advertisement ,it's providing premium service. In opposite to similar services it will give you permanent number without credit card and subscription.
Worst app, said press begin to use button, and a 5 min timer started and saying please wait, I think it's stealing my data, at the time of opening it did ask me permission for contacts, call and messages, media....
Only the people who don't know how to use this app will pick just one star, its a fantastic app to get wtsp numbers , just wtsp because it doesnt work in other platforms , i checked many times however still very helpful...

Worst Performance...its very hard to register successfully... struggles a lot while registering otherwise that's fine...developers please refine the app

theres something with this app driving me crazy, it used to work when calling and receive calls now I can't use it even receiving calls, I wish I could do something soon and why don't you make the number last a month not 21 days
Guys I think this the best app that I have ever seen. Registation is easy and display is awesome. Some people say that to the WhatsApp don"t receiving message and I'm totally disagree they don't know how to use it! creators that you for this app.😊
Couldn't even use the app and the charged 1$ and refuse to refund. I been emailing multiple times and no answer.starting to think it's a scam.
Absolute trash. Why, you say? I SPENT 3. something HOURS TRYING TO CORRECT MY USER, and when i did, the number wasn't compatible with what i was trying to do. It's good for other people i guess, but for me no. How you can better your app; literally just fix the username problem , 2 HOURS GONE. But yeah, other than that the service it provide is alright.
