Secure Notes - Note pad

Used the app for over 5 years. I've never had a problem and always found the app useful until recently. I seem to have lost the data from a few of the files. Whilst some still hold the notes I've entered over time yet several appear to have lost their data. I have tried to restore but don't seem too have had much luck. Could someone please get in touch and advise,

Not bad at all. It's nice to be able to have a digital notebook that locks and the amount of ads isn't too pesky. My only gripe so far is that it never shows up in the recently used aps so if you switch over to another app in the middle of writing a note, you have to reopen Secure Notes and start over. There should be a setting to temporarily disable this feature or to turn it off completely for those who need the option to be able to switch between apps.

it does what I want as long as it's on the phone, if the phone becomes unable to work for what ever reason this is were the problem starts. the sync does not keep the content of the notes, only the name of the folder. This has happened to me 3times so far. I'm left to rebuild all my notes allover each time.

This app works fine as a password locked note pad. But don't expect to be able to use the "InnoBox Sync" feature to access your notes from other devices. I tried to and after I created an account, it told me my email and password were invalid. So then I tried to reset my PIN login, and it said "email did not exist". So I cannot access any of my notes from any device other than the one they are on. Useless. I will no longer use this app.

Wish the notes could be organized into folders instead of thrown together and tagged .. I like to keep things together and see it visually. Other than that not too many ads and like the way it runs! And secured my information and passwords..

Best Secure Notes App Love this app. Keeps everything secure. the back up and restore its fantastic, I've changed phones 3 times and each time, all my notes cone back. I also contacted customer service once and their response time was within 2 hours. Highly recommend.

There's a few features which takes getting used to. its a secure notes app as advertised, very good but I didn't recover my notes from previous phone so that was a bit of an inconvenience.

Disaster. I had a number of links saved and not only was it impossible to select a single one, in the process of trying to figure out how to do it, I lost 75% of the links. Now uninstalling. If copy/paste is important to you, look elsewhere.

l love this app as it adds extra security to my passwords I store in this app. My only frustration is there is no log out, so when I go to enter back in at that time.I have to log in 2x as first time will not work.

Would be great if you could actually use the InnoBox sync, created an account on my phone and tried to log into it on my tab and it just says 'invalid email and password' even though I'm doing it right

Ok, but: 1) It would be nice to be able to secure individual notes. 2) it would be nice to be able to copy without having to enter edit mode. 3) it would be nice to enter edit mode without being returned to the top of the note.

Great until Samsung updated and deleted EVERYTHING. I had information that I can't recover in this app. Might be Samsung's fault, but I can't afford to use it any more. Will delete.

I purchased this app because it's possible to export my settings profile, but since a hard reset of my phone my backup is no longer available to import. Disappointed

Somehow got uninstalled from my phone and lost vital information. I have no idea how or why. Might not even be the apps fault but when I tried to reinstall I had lost my info.

Innobox sync doesn't work. I have new phone and can't transfer info. Totally useless.

Definitely a seemingly good app for giving more privacy for nosey people trying to find sensitive info you wouldn't want decimated to the masses. Easy to use. Just don't forget your PW!

Used to work well but upgraded my phone. Lost all my old notes and it won't save any new notes. Looking for a replacement now.

Very good app had this on my phones for quite a few years works well on all my notes 2.4.9 and no problem's. Well worth a try you will like it stay lucky

This app is very helpful in order to have private info available on my cell phone. Particularly so if you don't want to lock your device.

Since last week i just see the header of the notes. All the data is gone, just blank notes!😢

Transfered all data from old phone to new phone app appeared all file names there but No Details lost all passwords file names and a great deal of data

Just opened the app. All my notes content is empty! Emailed the devs no reposne whatsoever. Yep really "secure".... lost alot of important data.

Seems to work quite well. Is suited to short one page notes to keep secure

Doesn't auto save so if you write something out and don't click the check then accidentally close the app, it's gone.

Great to have the privacy and for keeping passwords

easy to use but notes don't go to new phone with smart switch..

Wouldn't scroll down more than half way on long notes. ergo, it was unusable .

Great app for years but today.... Transferred to new phone, now crashed each time I tried to open.

Was fine initially . Cant access stored info when loading app on to a new device and does not update devices with app on it.No responses from support
