Randomly pops up and interrupts my apps

Not sure about this app yet. I noticed that it says my wifi is not secure, but that is not so as I have it locked down and a password is required. I'll see how it is and come back, but if it thinks my network is not secure, then I am wondering if it does nothing more than treat all networks that way and just applies a "blanket" solution to all networks.

Update Jan '17 u got a cs compliment yet I never heard back. I liked the concept of this app but it didn't work in the airport. I thought I was limited by using the free version so I ponied up. Didn't work. It would not engage anywhere. I did all the research before I decided to spend the money. Clearly my research failed me as much as this app did. Looking back I see they haven't answered any comments since 2015 should have been my first clue.

When I first installed this app, I would have given it 5 stars. After I bought a one year subscription, the speed of the VPN consistently got slower and slower, and not even a month later, I can't even do basic tasks over Wi-Fi without disabling the VPN. Such a waste of money. From the other reviews, I can see that nobody responds to help requests, so I would not recommend paying for this app.

Hi! Im currently running android 5.1 on my rooted nexus 5 with ElementalX kernel and app crashes everytime after i finish "tutorial slide". If it doesn't support lollipop 5.1 yet then do you have any idea when that would happen? Thx. I would totally subscribe to this.

Cancel my subscription after the fact that it just stop working. I understand VPN protocols take minute or two to connect. But sometime when it says its on its not.. Other times it force me to close app and reconnect, as well disable WiFi. I used this about for about 2 weeks no problems on my nexus 6 and 9. Now it just craps out, I have another VPN I'll just stick too. I only like this cause of fact it auto connect well at less tried half the time.

Basically what happened was o purchased 1 month pro. Today my account is still upgraded the app stopped working so to fix it I uninstalled and reinstalled it even though it says my subscription is on it only giving me the basic free version can Someone from support team contact me please, edit: canceled subscription until problem solved.

I liked it until it starting popping up while I'm doing something else. It has made my screen freeze a few times. I just now had to remove the battery then put it back in because it froze my home screen after popping up again. Uninstalling now.

Hello! I purchased this VPN service almost a year ago because I thought that was the best and I have issues with this app! Meanwhile, I keep using it and the app does not give me any updates a long time ago, plus; suddenly disappeared from the PLAY STORE a long time ago too... I thought that they are going to fix this, but... I searched to see why and I found that the service is not available for Greece! Is that normal; to pay for a service and restrict your region during an active subscription?

5 stars for this app up until Verizon pushed Android 5.0 the other day. After that update Disconnect doesn't report bandwidth usage anymore, stays at 0. And can't use Disconnect with certain apps. I can browse the Web on VPN but cannot browse Twitter. Back up to 5 stars if Disconnect gets updated.

I had an issue and a question and I sent an email out and I immediately got an answer and a solution to my problem! Great customer service from a company that really cares about their apps and customer satisfaction! That means everything to me so how could I not want to buy this app? Good stuff from a good developer! Thanks again for the absolute awesome support!!

I have to keep forcing the app to establish it's VPN. It's rare when the VPN has connected on its own. I even used the "always on" setting to no avail. Removed and cancelled my subscription. Oh well waste of $30.

Easy to use. Appears to work but I am not savy enough to check. Would be nice if the monthly limit was raised.

It tells me my home network is unsecure. I absolutely don't know why an AES, password-secured network is unsecure.

Good VPN which is free and easy to use. I use this everyday. Thanks for awesome app and service. Appreciate your efforts to ensure privacy and security.

Good app but there is not a good confirmation of when exactly the VPN is connected (other than the Android VPN icon). The app icon is also quite ugly and very low resolution. It looks out of place on newer handsets.

I had no problems with this app until recently. It worked, and did what it said it would. Now, for the past few weeks, it's been opening randomly. I'll be in another app and, without so much as a button push, this app will interrupt my others, and open. This happens with any app I open. I cannot keep going with this app, and am uninstalling. This is a shame.

Was a good app, but keeps on popping up when on white listed networks, trying other VPN providers

Useful VPN product, but disconnects frequently and doesn't auto connect on open WiFi APs.

I paid for 1year but VPN drops every few minutes for some reason and I keep getting notifications that VPN is restarted whether on WiFi or LTE!!!! VPN should stay connected 24/7. Please fix this bug. I'll update the rating to 5star when this issue is fixed. Using Droid Turbo. Thanks!

When tablet boots up, in a few seconds, a message pops up saying wireless disconnect has stopped working. Press OK and in a few seconds the same message pops up again. Looking in settings under running apps, it indeed has not loaded. Get this problem every time.

Its good but it disconnects randomly and I emailed support about how to configure the app but no reply.

Pandora GUI locks up but keeps playing music in shuffle mode. Seems like other apps work fine, though with occasional lag.

Last update was 2014. Fails to automatically connect most times leaving data unprotected. Seeking alternatives.

It would be better if at least block tracker was available in free version... Keep improving The app

Was a great idea at the beginning, but lack of connection and repeated disconnections makes it impractical.
