Great app my customers love it has increased my chances of winning bids tremendously
Old app worked great. New phone, latest app, forces you to use GPS and continuously crashes during pairing. Now I have two completely unusable door openers. Extremely expensive piece of crap.
So far after a few months and discussions with support the app crashes on my Nexus 4 trying to pair. The app gives no way around its pairing step so it's unusable on my Nexus 4. Same story on my wife's Nexus 4.
The app crashes so much it's not useable. The iOS app isn't much better. The installation of the hardware was easy, but the apps make this device an expensive paper weight.
I like the intuitive feel of the app and easy setup with the lock.
This is good option if you need more remote to operate. It also gives status of door so u can check it anywhere from house.
An app supplied by a company that has done a great job at listening to customer feedback.

Doesn't allow you to open the garage from anywhere, you have to be within a few hundred feet and uses Bluetooth. Would have been nice to mention that.
Previous review edit. The app not working was because it was still tied to my old phone. Reset box and paired with the new phone and BAM, back to an awesome utility!!! Great customer service!!
I really like the product, BUT almost everytime I use the app to open the garage it fails and needs to restart my bluetooth. Once that is done it works like a champ. It would be awesome if it didn't have the reboot bluetooth issue. Used on a Galaxy S5... can you guys fix this bug ?
