Need it for work, 3 or 4 times it's caused the phone to power off with a low battery from 50% charge. So far this has meant 1 boot loop, and 2 factory resets. I'm not sure they're paying me enough to use this.
Recent revamp is slower than ever. The splash screen takes forever to get to the token. I'd rather use the old version if I had the choice.
It was working fine up until the last update. However you have to do an extra step to now see the code. Bring back the old version style. Also i went to send a error report but even that fails!
Without any reason, cause or change on device, it no longer works... Error "your device seems to be rooted". SuperSU and RootCheck both tell me "no rooted device" Please fix, I need the app for Citrix work access...
Why is it called "authenticator" in the system instead of "securenvoy authenticator"? It made the app impossible to find for me and I needed to reinstall it several times before I realised, and that has now negative consequences with me needing to refain access to the codes and so on.
New version is far too slow to launch. Old version gave a code instantly but this version takes an age to display anything.
Need to use this app for corporate MFA, unfortunately push notifications don't always appear or are too slow to appear, making it necessary to use a token code. The app itself is slow to load.
Changed phone. App does not get codes anymore. Nowhere to find explanation how to switch to new phone after old phone is gone already. Terrible app :(
Forced to install by work and the app has caused nothing but issues
why do you keep renaming your app? after alphabetical ordering i could not find SecurEnvoy anymore. Turned out it was named just "Authenticator" again..
Crashes and wont start. Not sure why any professional would rely on an application that would fail.
App pauses momentarily upon launch so you can admire their corporate logo splash screen before eventually doing what it is supposed to do
Whenever I was scanning qr code it is not generating 8 digit code,but it works fine in the older versions.can u please fix this
Requires internet to set up. Arbitrary device restrictions. Very slow at startup.
Poor design and lacking features, wish I could use an alternative app to generate these codes.

IT managers - please don't force your users to use this impractical tool based on obsolete security practices.

Last actualisation is a disaster. What is supposed to do an authentication app? Presented a 6 digits code, that's it. With so little to do, you expect the 6 digits code to be presented in the most legible manner available in your mobile, right? Well, forget it with the last actualisation, they've gone from regular to worst ever seen. And without a magnifier, you even may totally miss the 30 seconds chronometer.
