BIG issue with the file safe and syncing files between devices (eg. Smartphone and Mac). At some point, you will see ALL your files moved to the trash. When restoring them to the original folder they were in, it somehow corrupts the entire folder hierarchy. Once wiped, when you try to recreate the folder to add files to it, it lets you create the folder and add the files. Once you come back, the files are gone. Again. As if the folder was existing but "invisible". Nothing about how to fix in FAQ

I've been using this app to store my miscellaneous data and files with no problem at all even just using the free version of the app, I love the user interface and the peace of mind it brought me because of its highly secure platform.

I've used the free version for several years now for storing my most sensitive data with no problems what so ever. My experience, coupled with my understanding and knowledge about this company is that they have integrity and are trustworthy. The servers are physically located in Zurich. This company enables me to obtain some modicum of privacy and I greatly appreciate them. Thank you

I originally downloaded this app to secure my login to Dropbox and Drive (which anyone can get into through Google if they get a hold of your phone). But asking a SecureSafe rep, they said it's not for that purpose. But looking it over more closely and understanding what it can do and how to use it, I decided to keep it. I like the way it's laid out too. I'll learn more... I input important website addresses and passwords. Now everything is in one place to pay credit cards, cable, etc.

The editing of notes larger than what can be seen on one page is unacceptable/No Good. This app is worthless! I'm Uninstalling it now :-(

Have been using this app for a very very long time... It's kept my passwords and select files safe for as long as I can remember. Other apps may look more presentable but I never trusted them as much. Not really any need to spend money on the extra storage and even if you don't there aren't any ads.

For the benefit of doubt and how it really works 3 stars. Unable to register an account. Always error message. Just managed to register on desktop. Error message was related to user name that was already in use. Error not specified on mobile, though. Poor programming. Hopefully, the app is better.

I've been using SecureSafe for 3 years now, annual plan is quite affordable, 1GB of space + unlimited passwords. Perfect for documents, fingerprint reader on App, best pasword manager so far. I tried numerous mangers for a few months to find alternative, but no way.....SecureSafe if far ahead with simplicity and practicality. Thanks guys, keep a good work.

With the latest update the app runs again, also on Android. Unfortunately though, login with fingerprint does not work any longer. Very disappointing, as up to now I have been very content with the solution.

App won't open anymore, lost all my passwords overnight! I think they're stealing passwords. Install at your own risk. UPDATE: Thank you for letting me know about access via website. Unfortunately i can only give 2 stars until the problem with the app is fixed.

Was taken in by professional description BUT 1 No import facility for passwords -what use is that 2 document storage limited to 100mb. Might sound a lot unless you want to store images 3 passwords not customisable 4 help menu not very responsive to clicking on Since moving to Android I have really struggled to find secure apps for both passwords and sensitive documents. I was frustrated all the time by not remembering my passwords. With so many breaches, I know it's important to have different, complex passwords. This app gives me the tool to protect my accounts.

Used this app on iOS and worked fine. Have switched to android and after installing, it keeps crashing every now and then while using app. Also it stores secured files on cloud and download everytime you open the file, dont understand why it can encrypt and save it locally?

I have used this app for over 10 years , and it keeps stopping out of nowhere. I don't want to but I'm going to have to switch to a more secure app that actually works like it should. It does the work on my iPad though.... But that will not help me on my Android phone.

This program is excellent. I can't possibly remember them anymore. My problems are solved with SecureSafe. I even upgraded. I never upgrade. This one is worth it. You will never sorry. Get it!

Tried to use this but it wouldn't let me download any of my personal documents things that I needed & wanted to keep private & safe. Very disapointed I have a newer phone too so its not that my phone or drivers are outdated. Maybe other ppl will have better luck than I did or maybe it was a glitch on the program. Either way.... This program is a BIG PASS for me.

Beats the pants off all other safes, I've tried many of the password save apps (I've used secure safe for 3 yrs now) and the simplicity, accuracy, SECURITY, & user friendly environment of the app is beyond all others! HIGHLY recommend

Excellent, have this app for a few years now, and no issues detected. Plenty of options for operations, and easy to use, with no complcated instructions.

I have been using it from quite sometime. Smooth experience. I however miss features like Auto-Sync and Auto-Backup photos. I want to use SecureSafe as my primary backup tool on Android.

I'm abandoning ship. Features are way way lagging behind to alternatives. No sharing, no inheritance, Mobile-tan multi-auth to logon (easily hacked), no credit-card storage, no deletion of data after 10 login attempts, not visible if failed login attempts has been made, no Yubikey, no tool for multi-auth creation, no new features in a year (I think even less features than last year) Especially that the insecure Mobile-tan multi-auth that hasn't been replaced for so many years is bad!

Used this app for years, and its always been stable. But after the latest update, the app now fails to startup on every attempt. Running on android 8.1.0, on device motorola G5 plus.

This App Version is nonsense. Cannot log in. Always saying error has occurred each time I typed in the SMS pins. Almost a year now. I have a subscription with you guys. Fix this or is it too much to ask?

Brilliant app for keeping all your passwords that you can never remember when you need them safe and secure, and can also be set to open the apps if you wish, perfect if your phone also has a fingerprint sensor

Excellent app and website. Ironic that one needs a password to access a site that remembers the passwords one has forgotten. Only downside is that it only stores a limited number of sites and passwords.

I have been using securesafe for many years and have just upgraded to the pro version to add 2 factor authorization and unlimited password storage. Great password manager.

Can hardly store any passwords before it asks you to pay up. Useless. Cannot import or export. Useless. Find something else.
