i do understand it is a complicated app. and implications are serious. but the fact that it resets and loose the configuration when you chabge sim card ot go in airplane mide with dual sim cards phone ( was not able to replicatete at 100%-but already happened 3 times). disable this idiotic feature. have the app tested by clients and not engineers. in its state the app is not reliable.
Addition of this security step many times requires a second device, in able to scan a QR code during a payment. I chose not to have a laptop or tablet, so only with my smart phone I cannot handle payments. This app pushes people to have multiple devices just to be able to pay with your money. I understand the need of higher security, but please not on the cost of taking away access to our own money. Thank you for reconsideration.
The Credit Suisse online banking and mobile app is very unreliable. Scanning fails without reason or proper error messages, logins often don't work, payment details get lost and so on. Very annoying bank and service quality. India IT @ Swiss bank - of course that was to be expected.
I've had only a very positive experience so it's almost hard to believe that this app is crashing so often...given some of the reviews. I do online banking a few times a week and it works very well.
I was not able to activate this for my mother within 1h. I gave up. 1. It's impossible to activate it on the same device where the account app is (how to scan a code which displays on that device itslelf) 2. Tried with a laptop and device, but it failed because of wrong mobile number. Registration of the new number failed, because theconfirmation code was sent still to the wrong number Told my mother should go to the bank to let it setup. I think CS should hire an UX expert and test, test, test
Useless. They overcomplicated the whole thing without any reason. This app has no meaning to exist and is constantly crashing.
Credit Suisse is the worst bank in Switzerland I know, and this app is a perfect example - a freaking login app that doesnt work, unbelievable
Worst banking app I've ever used, never works. Definitely changing banks considering the user interface for the app is... Well unusable.
App has decided to un-initiate itself meaning I cant use my banking app until I get home and scan a document again. Pathetic in terms of accessibility.
Sadly the app crashes more often than not... Totally useless when you need to make payments or download documents for the office but you actually can't.
Similar to others, worked first time after set up and since stopped working and crashes completely. Unfortunately unusable.
Catastrophy,.... you made the worst possible first handshake on meeting online. App cannot be setup as described, constant error messages, incapacitated support by phone and no register of costumer communication. Sorry, but if this is your service I look forward to close this account already.....
The app keeps bugging on my phone and every time I have to go through the lengthy process of re-installing it. I might change banks just because of this.
Fully functional, never had any problems. Glad to have a more secure option than mTAN.
Just please let the customers login via SMS codes or Google Authenticator app like the other normal banks do. Do not try to force people to download a second app. Try to focus on the online banking app. This is a very simple common sense situation. The app rate here speaks alot. Best wishes
Yes the apps lose setup when u change SIM but tht is only for security measure..quite a hassle but better b safe than sorry that you lost all that money...overall good experience.
The app is disconfigured on dual SIM phones every I leave Switzerland. You can't rely on this and it seems the only way I can log in to my online banking...
garbage. unreliable. looses setup for no reason. try to go in airplaine mode. it will loose the account.. same if yiu change the sim card
The login process for the internet banking does often not work. It always asked me to use the normal TAN device which I don't have and the support also don't know why.
Lost authentication on device after update, very annoying. Apart from that it works well
The app runs on my device but apparently the device cannot be registered to my banking account. I cannot login this way and I need to pay bills!
It worked the first time, then it crashes as soon as I scan the code... I can't connect to my account anymore
This app does not work. My login in credit suisse is not shown at all. Extremely buggy.
Love it, simple, easy to setup, easy to use and usually working very well.
The app does not work with a Sony Xperia 10 II, the camera image is disorted and cannot read the Blue SecureDign.
As others users said, after the update the link between the app and the phone is lost, the QR in the letter I never received is needed...
Has serious issues with focusing on the phototan, had to register a different device in order to use it altogether
I hate this app. It adds so many steps to the login that is disturbing. But the worst part is, after updates the link between the device and the user data is lost, so you need to scan again the original letter they sent you!! It's been now 4 times I have to do that in 6 months!!!!!
