This is horrible. It takes several attempts to get it to connect to my system and sometimes it just doesn't. We just had to open the door and allow the alarm to go off because we couldn't disarm before opening the door.

App doesn't load up and it's not working.
It use to work fine. Was a little slow but worked. Now it shows connecting to device but takes so long I don't know if it will. I have to log out and log back in. I have to pay my alarm company for this app. Not worth it.
Takes way too long to connect to the system. The majority of the time it does not connect and if it does, it won't let me use the keypad. I often have to logout and log back in for it to work. Basically I just use the manual keypad to set my system. Very poor performing app.
Worked at first. Now not given all functions. The bottom row of keypad is cut off so the app is useless. Cant arm or disarm.
The app works but it loads and update alarm status extremely slow. I think it could be improved. It would be nice if it could show the status if each zone in the house. UPDATE: As of today 08/13/18 this horrible app isnt working on any of our devices, ugh!
App stopped working on my s9plus. It shows status of alarm but can't arm or disarm it. It was working then about 2 weeks after download it stopped
It just doesn't work. And the rare times it does, its like watching paint dry. For something that should be so simple this one just does not perform.
Latest update is unreliable and slow. Quite often shows "device offline" and then comes online for a few seconds and then goes back offline. Pathetic excuse for a commercial app.
App has a difficult time connecting to my device and takes a really long time. It isn't clear when it is or isn't connected so I'm unsure whether the system state I'd correct it if it was in the last state.
This app doesn't work with consistency. It is useless at times.

This application is extremely unreliable. It takes very long to actually open and give me the keypad. At times it stays loading and won't load . Events also stay loading and don't show. Whenever I have to enter my code , keypad at times won't response or will be grayed out not allowing me to enter my code to disarm or arm.
Only functions to arm or disarm. Neither function works. Do not bother to download.
Shows a blank keypad for alarm. No status or anything. I did not try arming or disarming as that would be pointless if you don't know the state of the alarm. Device used was a pixel 2.

App will not open. This is security, not candy crush. Please fix.
Securesmart 3.1.54 is broken if you have multiple devices. my door locks no longer appear. If I back level the app they are fine. Problem is after a day or 2 it goes back to the new version. As far as the security system it works. But it should work with all my devices. I have an ipad and it works fine. Problem is I don't always carry my ipad.
Since update the app will not allow me to log in and says I'm not connected to internet. Please fix asap!!!
What the heck happened..... After this last update it truly goofed things up... My password is no longer remembered.... The keypad is no longer reactionary as it was in the past...... It doesn't seem like I'm getting real-time alerts as when before it provided..... Truly disappointed in this update..
Doesnt say the staus. Have no idea if the system is armed or not. Seems like the developer just copy ans paste same response with little or no changes. Bad!
Can you set a separate notification sound? It's terrible to have the same notification sound as other apps like Candy Crush when there might be a fire or a burglary in progress
It gives NO indication that you tapped the "arm" or "disarm" button, so you just have to wait and hope that it is working!
Always shows that it's in exit mode. Extreme delay in response
Useless. I get notifications of arming and disarming but it's always been very slow to show status or respond to codes entered through the app. Now it refuses to connect at all. I can't remotely arm or disarm, and it won't show me any events.
