I've been with the bank about 35 yrs or so back when it was Valley View. I've been generally happy, until today. The app said my password was wrong when I know my password is correct. I login every wk or so. It also doesn't recognize my fingerprint. So, I reset my password and in doing so, it took me to my account. I logged off and opened the app, again. Same exact, stupid story and not worth repeating. Think I'll switch to Fidelity where my account actually earns interest!
I am getting feedback that I am not connected to the internet and I am, when using this app. It can get a bit frustrating especially when I need to quickly check my balance. It would be great to be able to open an account via this app, like Bank of America does.
Unable to register my fingerprint for one touch login, so having to remember my 16 digit non sensical password that must contain 2 uppercase letters, one special character and six non sequential numbers, and then not being able to see and verify the password you entered is an absolute pain in the account! 🙁🖕
Ever since they switched to security bank of Kansas city it has been nothing but problem after problem after problem....not to mention absolutely no way to reach customer service after business hours. Absolutely horrible bank and horrible customer relations
Horrible app. Logs me off then tells me my password wrong so I have to go to bank and have reset for the 100th time!
App does what I need it for. Loads quickly and haven't had any issues after about a week
Crashes way to often and freezes half the time I try to log in. Tired of this gonna switch banks because of it

Worked just fine for mobile deposits until recently. Use 2 Android phones to make deposits but both are not working with cameras now. Update, has worked good for the last year. 5 stars now.
Upgraded phones, now app tells me I'm not connected. Seems as if Security Bank isn't interested in supporting this app as others are having the same issue.
Used to use the app all the time and it was ok. Now it keeps telling me I'm not connected to a network, even though I am, so it won't work. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and still the same message.
Love the app. Helps me to get my business done in a hurry. If this is your bank, this is the app for you.

How can I reset my Security Bank user name?
I have always had awesome service til now. The app they had closed down. Now I'm stuck with a mobile app that has lots of features, but the basic things I need don't work. I didn't have an app at all until they decided they should charge for bank statements, then we should go somewhere to print them ourselves. Not all of us have printers, laptops, etc. I can't give this a rating bc I don't see a way to give less than one star. Removing, then putting back in info is too much of a pain.
