Froze for 3 days, tried to go back into my account the account wouldnt even login even though i know my account info. Tried to see if i got my id wrong wont even let me change my id or anything. Im stuck and without my id i wont be able to ever see my balance. Help.

I have used this app for years. And now all of a sudden it will not work. Pissed off is an understatement!!!!!
Great app to see your balance but i had to delete and redownload it because it has been froze for 3 days wont let me click anything

Never had any problems.
Nice and simple. Does all necessary banking. Worked fine on my Motorola Droid. I've since gotten a new phone, a Google Pixel 3AXL and the app works perfect on it. I am now able to do mobile check deposit and that function works properly as well. I did have to call the office to get the feature activated. The staff was very helpful and courteous!
The app is okay except for it constantly going under maintenance which is annoying if you need to check your account regularly.

Update: Now the app just crashes as soon as I open it.. I tried uninstalling, clearing data, cache... nothing works. Worst app I've ever used. Suddenly can't use app. I keep getting an error message that says "an error has called. Please call for assistance." Why is this happening and who do I call? My bank? Horrible app.
