Security CU Mobile Banking

Up graded app is better than older one. Works pretty good. But it needs to show account balance after each transaction! It's the 21rst century ppl. I don't think I've ever seen a bank statement of transactions with out it. This all makes sense though cause it's always something with this credit union. There r multiple issues with this place. I wanna close account but don't wanna have to change all my prepay info and waste my checks

Works. UI is a little hard to muddle through, but much better than previously. Now, images of checks I'm depositing are stretched way out, although they seem to deposit OK. The lack of a help link for the app makes it really difficult to address this with the developer.

Used to have an account with SCU few years ago and really didn't like the mobile app at the time. Came back to Security recently after banking with Chase for a while and I really love what they've done with the app. So easy to check your accounts with a 4 digit PIN and easy to transfer money. Incredibly simple to use. Nice work.

I love everything about the Security Credit Union. They are always there for all my banking needs and the app is so convenient to watch and control all aspects of my finances and budget. What would be better then having everything at your finger tips at any time.

Half the time it won't read my electronic deposits correctly, doesn't matter how much light. Pain in the butt. Otherwise the app works well and is easy to use

It's about time Security has a mobile banking app. The previous apps they've had haven't been the greatest, but this one does everything I need to do. I can check all my account balances, look at my transactions and transfer money. It's everything that I need to do, quickly.

I can no longer log into my account through the app. I can log in on a computer, but when logging in through the app I'm prompted for a verification code, I enter it, click verify and it times out and says "something went wrong on our end. Please try again" and doesn't let me in.

This app works probably like it's Hood except that it's not very up-to-date I have checked my balance multiple times to get home and check it and find out that no my balance was wrong when I went to buy that thing and now I have to transfer money or lose $6 because I'll transfer it for me even though I've specifically asked them to take that feature off my card

Easy to navigate, very user friendly. Just wish it would give you a running total balance after each transaction in the accounts. Other than that, great app!!

Mobile check deposit is awful, takes multiple attempts because it does not detect that you have written "for mobile deposit...". Then you have to do the entire process over and over just hoping that it will eventually go through.

Can no longer login to the app. It kicked me out for some reason. When I went to log back in it sends the verification code then it will either timeout or tell me its the wrong code even though it is not

not a fan of new version layout (Dec 2018), and buggy with deposits. Newest update is much improved, excellent banking app now (update Jan 2018)

It has been wonderful being able to do transactions through this app. I'm not always able to get there in person so to still be able move my money and pay things is great !!!!

Way better than last version. Love that I can see all my accounts and my credit card. Very easy to transfer funds, pay credit card.

Very convenient, if I need help and call in staff is always helpful and friendly. I do wish you had a budget app on you sight

Doesn't let me know when my checks are deposited. I have to go into the app to check. Then and only then i get the notification maybe 10 to 20 minutes later that i got a deposit. Otherwise i like it

Stinks worked for a bit and quit. Tried to redownload still nothing. Found out when they updated must have new operating system in phone. Just a way to get people to buy new phones.

Would rate higher, but they took away the ability to see one's account number in the app, which is a huge inconvenience.

Won't let me reset my password. Met all the requirements and it still says oops something went wrong on our end please try again later.

The latest update broke it completely. I am totally unable to log in. Probably gonna be switching banks if I can't view my info.

We have been with Security Credit Union for 8 years. They have been there for us when we needed the help. A great place. Blessings

There's always something wrong with this app!!!! I check for updates to see if maybe that's the problem, nothing. This is ridiculous.

It is one of the better apps I've used. Only wished they had Venmo or another digital wallet payment service.

don't like the new app. first time trying to use it, keeps saying to update when there's nothing to update.

Love having the ability to check my account. Still a few quirks. But overall happy with it.

Everything is pretty easy but I think if I log into my account I should be able to see everything and change anything on my own.

So glad this is available! Check it all the time. So much easier than the web

I am trying to update the app and it will not update I uninstalled and installed it to see if it would update now it won't download To my phone, not happy

Love the app, it's simple and shows everything even pending deposits!
