This app used to work so well. Now it won't let me log in no matter what I try. If it's not broke, DON'T FIX IT!!! Y'all destroyed a handy little app. ***UPDATE*** Still not working. Uninstalled the app; reinstalled it; reset password several times; still won't allow me to log in. No response from customer service. 😡😡😡 HORRIBLE APP and DEVELOPER!!!
I love the people that work in the office, they are very nice, helpful, do their best to help you to become a very happy person with whatever your looking for. Thanks lady's for doing such an amazing job, don't ever forget!!
I'm not sure what or exactly when something changed with the app but it was working fine & would've been a 5-star review but then it suddenly refused to open. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling multiple times over the last week but it will not open at all. Thanks tech people for screwing everything up...now I can't pay over my phone anymore! :(
I haven't had any problems with the app, but the agents are rude. I thought they were there to help people when they are having trouble, but if you're late a few days, they are rude and only want their payment.
Crashes everytime I open it and I have to go to my app menu and clear memory every time I log in now to stop the crashing. Instead of fixing this problem all they managed to do is put out an update for the app to no longer accept partial payments so now they can wait until tax return to get paid off. Not only can I no longer use the app to make payments period but can no longer make partial payments without contact when I'm having a rough time. Developer refuses to solve problem or respond!
This is a good option for people who can't get out to pay their bills. I sure miss the people in Security Finance. They are always especially in Jefferson City.
I agree with all the others. I used to love the app. it was easy to use n easy to navigate but now it wont load. so I can have to go to the store or call and make a payment over the over which is not convenient for me because I don't always have my card on me. and I don't remember the umber ever time. also I work a lot. its just not convenient you need to fix the app or least respond to people with concerns. I would like to be able to see my account status and pay off and cant do that without the app.
Used to use it every month to pay online which I loved but last two months it wont open. Paid my last payment late because I kept trying to pay over the app. Sent feedback with no response. Wont open again so guess I have to head into the store again which is very inconvenient. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, reassuring phone etc. Nothing works. Dont make an app if you cant get it to work or even fix it.
This app used to work great. But for the last 2 or 3 months I can't even get it to open. I've unistalled and re downloaded it. Reset permissions. Everything I can think of. It's not easy for me to get to the store to pay on person. Paying by phone is not always easy due to my work hours being nearly identical to the local office hours. Bugs fixed my a#&!! You seriously need to fix your app.
Had to delete the app because it has not been working for 3 months. With life being so busy for me sometimes it's hard to get the the local branch or make that phone call to make my payments. It was nice to pay my payments on time online thru the app. I kept reporting/submitting feedback to fix, but nothing was done to fix it.
I only got a chance to use this app one time. It worked fine at that moment but when I tried to use it to pay my bill the next month it stopped working. When I try to open the app it says the app has stopped working. I tried clearing the data and cache and I also uninstalled and reinstalled it but it still did the same thing. This is VERY INCONVENIENT!! Please fix this problem.
It is good until it isn't ... It is funny how everyone is experiencing the same problem and there is not a fix to it insight. I have experience login problems on able to pay through the app for more than six months now... And they are not trying to fix it. People in the office have no idea how to use it or fix it. Very very inconvenient
I used this app for the 1st four payment and now it's time for me to make a payment the app wouldn't let me login. I have tried resetting my password and still no luck. I contacted the local branch but the only thing they could do was accept the payment over the phone but couldn't reset it. That's not helping me when the app was very convenient for me. I really don't have time to call in everytime a payment is due.
THIS APP SUCKS¡!!!!!!!!!!! Try to use this app to pay my bill and I STILL have to call the office to pay it. The app keeps asking me to verify my information before it will send and after second fail I have to call my bank. This doesn't hapoent with any other site I pay with my card online as long as numbers are put in correctly. I'll just call my payment in from now on even though I was trying to make it easier for the employees and myself because they are so busy on the 3rd of every month.
App was working fine until about a week ago and now it force closes without even opening. Very frustrating. And the staff seem to have no clue. I've been told to delete and reinstall but still won't work.
Can't even login!! Tried multiple times even deleted app and reinstalled on multiple devices and tried changing my password. Each time I try to login a popup comes on the screen and says login failed. This app does not work!
App sucks-ive tried several times at the request of the branch to uninstall and reinstall and try to log in but is keeps giving me a fail to log in error. Don't waste your time. Besides, they call like clock work when you don't make a payment 😂
Crashes on launch. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Was working great, and suddenly it won't open. I barely make it to the office before they close without the app.
Could get a better app for paying bill online it gas never worked with out customet service
The first day I got it it worked but now it won't even open; it just keeps crashing. I've tried uninstalling and downloading it again but still doesn't work. Update. It's not letting me log in no matter how many times I change my password

worst app ever!!! My bill was due yesterday I've been trying every hour on the hour to log into the app says it dont recognize my information which the lady wrote down for me. says it needs at least 24 hours it's been 24 . the store doesnt even have a place you can call on the weekends n if you do find one it says connecting the hangs up on you! I'm just trying to pay yall!!!
Had to delete it in order to be able to install other apps. Not movable to SD card. Make it movable. Yiu need a certain amount of internal memory in order to install apps. When you have apps taking up internal memory, there comes a point when you have to delete apps in order to install others.
"Failed unable to log in". On going message.. reset password 2x's . Perhaps hire an IT guy... It is never convenient to go by the office since I moved. I always have to call which is inconvenient most of time due to hour of operation conflicts. This is the age of mobile apps and technology. Get with it guys!
