UI went from incredibly simple and quick to sign in and check my balances to requiring me to receive and sign up for SMS messages just so I can see my balance due to an "authorization error". Incredibly frustrating.

This app doesn't work it won't let me log in with my fingerprint it's always asking me for my information over and over again really annoying.

Keep having to uninstall because the app sucks! I used to be to log in with my finger print but not any more.

So are you going to fix the app or just ignore all of the one stars? Half the time it unselected my pass code log in and requires me to recieve a text to verify. After I verify it asks me to register my phone number, which is the number it just sent a text to verify. Come on. Do better.

It says it needs to text me a code to get on but never sends it to me. I can't use it. Won't let me on and I have called and they won't fix it.

The entire app is old and outdated. From the looks to the available services it is just very disappointing. I gave it 2 stars because of the Personal Finance service they have, it is the only thing that keeps me from uninstalling the app, because otherwise it's basically useless.

Constantly having my quick Access turned off and it requires the full login and enter number to enroll. That's when it Does let me log in at all. At least 4 days a week I get a message telling me to try again later. Not very happy with the app.

This app doesn't work, it's terrible. You have to constantly delete and reinstall it to use. I'm guessing they won't be covering overdraft fees for people who can't monitor their account with banking on the go!

This keeps turning off my quick access mode requiring a manual log in with 2 step verification. It didn't do this before and considering I do not live near a bank this is not good.

Won't let me use my fingerprint to sign in. Called and they told me to uninstall then reinstall. Shouldn't be this difficult to sign in.

Has everything I need in a bank app! You can transfer money in and out of savings and checking, and the pin option is perfect.

Worked great for years. Now it's useless. Uninstalled and re-download many times. Something is wrong.

After using so many times, it stops working and won't load. Have to uninstall, then reinstall to get it to work!!

Fix the problem. Have to Uninstall all the time and reinstall just to access accounts. Might as well change to a bank that has a working app

App still doesn't work right since last update!! Wont load or open so can't access your accounts! Maybe you should actually read what people are posting so you can fix the problem.

Use to be an awesome app...Now, its trash. Won't load, have to uninstall then re-install. Fix it please before I change financial institutions.

Worked great up til the last mnth. Now I have to unistall/reinstall every week. If your improving this app, maybe you should start reading the complaints!! This seems to be a Major problem!!

Constantly having to type my info so annoying. Quick access is not working.

Works ok but I want to be able to unlock it with my fingerprint.

If it does work it's nice but most of the time it doesn't.

It worked for one day then updated. It won't let me in my account says I need an extra level of security then will not send me a code. I have uninstalled multiple times and checked the app permissions and phone security to make sure nothing was blocking it. I gave up and uninstalled.

App software isn't compatible with my new phone. Runs too old of an operating system and will not let me access my account 90%of the time
