Long time member. Never had issues before. haven't been able to access account for days. Tried verification process several times. phone number shown to call hangs up on you or gives false statement saying they sent email to continue process. waited on emails all day and never got anything. can't pay bills, transfer funds, use app or website. I want to remain a customer but idk anymore after this. I tried to have patience but now i can't pay my bills or buy food. Please fix this. I'm tired.
I've been a member for a very long time. I've needed to access on account online since mid last week and have been unable to. I don't know what it is you're doing, but this is ridiculous. I'll likely be leaving your service for a more dependable bank. Fyi, im a shift worker who can't make it in everyday from 8-5. I know my account is overdrafted, im late on some payments, and have no cash on hand to supplement your colossal blunder. Thanks

Update 3/17/22. Different hiccup. Sign in, click on account and kicks me out totally. Have to re-sign in. Mostly good but a few hiccups with password not being recognized and having to call bank. Not my issue but the banks issue.
If I could put zero stars I would. Terrible app always makes me call the bank to reopen my account. Locks constantly with issues when I work after normal business hours to call to get it unlocked. Not for people who work overnight better if you just call automated service even at that I was charged in the past for not looking onto my online account. Worst bank ever. They wont even give me a loan.
Great so far. Ive been banking with them for many years and out of 5 different banks I've banked with, they are the most consistent with staying in good standing in my opinion with their customers. App is very user friendly too.
Usually works well enough, but got the new Samsung Galaxy s22 and it won't load at all. Just shows logo really tiny on the screen forever.
Can't login and receive no email or texts when I request them to reset password. App crashes WAY to often for something that handles my money and should feel secure knowing it works.
Its says to update but its not working it wants you to go to another website but it might be a scammer redirecting us to give them access. Is it really necessary to update? It is frustrating cuz I have no access now. I restarted my phone to update but not working so nownits thru Playstation which I Donita Trust.
I couldn't add cash app to my bill pay as an account through my smartphone's security app. All else is excellent.
Pros: check balance and transactions on the go. Cons: constantly lagging/crashing, basic and few/limited services. Outdated design.
It hasn't been working for the past few days. I called the bank and was told the app was having issues. But she was sorta rude about it. I need the app to work as I don't want to be calling every time to find out what my balance is. It's getting so bad I might just go to another bank
its good sometimes. if your in range its fine but getting in a different way, gets very frustrating..
Sort of easy to use. Good basic features but veiwing all balances could be simpler.
Ive been trying to open the app for 4 days but it doesnt even want to stay open and idk what to do now idk if the app is experiencing issues or whats happening but i really need help opening the app please help.
Very easy to use. Everything i need at my fingertips. Very convenient I love my bank and what it offers us.
It normally runs really good but it has been updating for the past 3 weeks and it doesn't work. 😖
i love this app. i can see my bank account balances and transactions whenever I want so I dont overfraft myself or that there is no suspicious activity going on.
The app has made some improvements that make it easier to use, however, I still think it needs some work. all in all it's a good mobile app for security first.

Have not been able to use app for a week. Have had problems with this app in the past several times.
App keeps crashing I haven't been able to use since the update and thats frustrating
Its alright , its really hard to confirm purchase dates on app with real dates, you need the actual dates to use NFC payments
Super easy to use! Very convenient, being that I live outside the city.
i love the online app. if i run into any problems i just call SFCU and they are very helpful
