More often then not the app doesn't work. Extremely outdated app and not user friendly.

App is slow and sometimes I have to sign in multiple times before it connects. Other times the app won't even open. The design feature needs work.

This app is abysmal. It is actually almost daily that I can't even open it thanks to some issue on SSB's end. Missing tons of basic features that are present in their competitors' banking apps.

Works great until one day it won't open, then it requires micro management by SSB employees to get the app working.
