This is amazing. Normally we would have to drive 60 miles round trip. Thanks to this app it's just a click Away. And it was very easy
Used to be a good app but they somehow broke it. Now whenever you try to log in most of the time it says it's currently unavailable and to please try again later. They even messed up there website. I'm seriously considering just switching banks cause this one is rapidly getting worse and worse. Not being able to check your balance because of app and website problems is unacceptable. And these issues have persisted for months so they had plenty of time to solve them.
This app is so user friendly! When I have had questions, contacting the bank has been super easy and they have always been very friendly and helpful.
Mobile banking is always down. I've not been able to access it for 3 days now. Even there main website you can't access. It'd frustrating. Besides that. Great bank and very friendly and amazing staff.
Login fails about 25% of the time. Doesn't take pending transactions into account on available ballance. Mobile deposit has gotten better but is still clunky. Overall an untrustworthy junk app.
I have been banking with Security State Bank for years now and they are easily the best bank I've ever worked with. The staff is professional and as a client I can tell they care about my business. Their culture of hard work, high standards, and innovation are reflected in this app. If you haven't made the switch, you should do so tomorrow!
I got a new S22 ultra and this app is not working on it. Only partially opens to a blank screen with the icon in the center
For years I haven't liked this app. It's always dropping my fingerprint. Constantly tells me my password isn't right. Locks me out. It has gotten 5% better than it was 5 years ago but still very glitchy.
I love using this app for my banking at Security State Bank... I have multiple accounts, and transferring funds from one account to another is very easy.
Great when it works, totally frustrating when you try to log on and it tells you to call for assistance or log in is wrong....terrible bugs need to be fixed ASAP
Its been forever since ive been able to access my mobile banking. This has been a hastle, we are really contemplating using a different bank. This is unreliable.
Extremely easy to set up! I never thought I would use mobile banking.....but it makes my life so much easier!
All of a sudden, I can't get the app to open. I was tap on it, and it just goes back to the home screen. I've uninstalled it and installed it twice. Please help.
Does not deduct from the over all amount until everything clears. Makes it hard to see how much cash you have in the account.
Easy to use. Very secure and functional.
This app is very poorly maintained I always get error that say something that's not even true like I dont have connection
Its good. I have nothing bad to say about it. Not particularly exciting but it works and makes my life a little easier so no real reason to complain.

Logins constantly fail. Always says your password is incorrect.

its pretty great actually it was a little bit of a hassle for startup but it works well enough for the likes of me

Just an unfortunate banking app. Most of the time, it works. The mobile deposit is useful. The UI looks good, and it's not too hard to navigate through the app. But, it is frustrating because it is not that uncommon this app will log you out and not allow you to log in, or get stuck upon starting the app, or sometimes it even crashes whenever I open it. I hope they fix these issues, because the last app you'd want to have these issues is online banking.
