Horrible app. Every time it's updated, it stops working. Fingerprint login is failing, and when I try to login with a usename the screen jumps when entering special characters and the app crashes. Test before you deploy into production.
The app is very easy to use. It is identical to the online app! Since the covid19, I was unable to get into the online app so after talking with Security plus fcu technician I felt confident to try the mobile app. It is superb keeping up with my banking transactions.
I'm very pleased with the SPFCU banking app and the overall approach to serving their members and myself with 17+yrs. with them. I like the evolution in the "SECURE" Online Banking thats very user friendly. That's why I downloaded the app; and it made my life a little easier! Giving me a "Peace of mind" knowing I can immediately check any account, i.e. savings, checking, credit card, etc. and so on. Thank You "SPFCU"! Sincerely, L Styles
New app design is bad. Like the designers didn't even test it out. Interactive elements are too small to click. Some elements overlap with others.
The app is very easy to use and provides the functionality I need to do routine banking. It's als nice to be able to check my credit score and report from the app.
I think the mobile app is great. the call in service is terrible. Terrible automated system. you'll be in the queue as number 1 and never get to speak to anyone. and if you opt to have SPFCU call you back, you'll never get a call back.
Unable to access app on Android. It opens to splash screen and I never make it to the login screen.
App is unusable. Cannot log in and get an error when requesting a temporary password. Very annoying, have to go to branch to deposit checks.
Not working properly. Seems to have a glitch when you go to putting in your password information. The whole screen continously twitches
I have been a member since the mid 1990s. They helped me get my 1st car and my current car. Always the best C/S & security. Expect nothing less from their app.
The mobile is amazing and very easy to use. I like that I don't have to step into a branch and pay all my Bill's through the app.
Quick, easy and legible. Reasonable updates that are not too frequent. This is a great app!
I live over 100 miles from a SFCU branch and with the nearest shared credit union branch unavailable to me because of covid19, I greatly appreciate the safe and easy to use features of the SFCU mobile banking app.
Glitchy. Unable to order checks. Mobile deposit freezes up when its time to take picture of the back of the check.
It's great. I can scan checks, see how much money I have at any moment, and keep a close eye on my spending.

The only dislike I have is that it doesn't have the Express cash check option for faster fund availabilities..
They're always there when you need help on your app. Just send them an email and they'll answer you the best they can.
It's quick easy and very convenient to access and do anything with my account.
I do ALL my banking using this app, NEVER had any issues with deposits, transfers etc.

This new app is HORRIBLE!!! The layout is not user friendly. You cannot sort your transactions by date anymore. It takes up 4 times the amount of space as the old app. There are cliches EVERYTIME I login. You cannot swipe to view more information (even though it says you can). The new web layout is just as bad. Beyond disappointed! I have been with Securityplus for over 30 years and am now thinking about switching to another bank because these changes do not make it easy to do business.
