works well until it crashes. usually after being on for a night. when I manually test it, it works. usually in the morning however the watch and phone have say they are not connected and opening the phone app, it crashes. the watch just says no connection. at times. when tested and I try a second test and it does not work like it is froze some times. I have to reboot my phone and watch. Samsung s6 phone. Samsung s3 Frontier watch. seems like it would be great if these bugs were fixed .
Doesn't work, constantly crashing, won't connect to watch, constantly opening on its own, won't close even if you close it you need to force close it. Killing battery in phone and watch. Waste of time. And the people think I'm dumb and don't know how to install an app, give me instructions in installing an app and follow steps. No thanks, don't waste your time...

Says no available carers on watch- but on phone it says active! Like others it seemed to work for the 1st week or so but then crashes & now this. This app has had no updates for a year. How is that possible? Has potential but still VERY buggy. Have had to restart all devices to fix constant issues including carers several times a month.
As soon as the free trial was over and I had paid £120 for a year subscription, the app stopped syncing on my watch to my phone. All it does is drain battery. My carers (one of which is my mother who is a doctor) do not trust this app to alert them at all. It is funny how it did work during the free trial though... 🤔
My husband and I are seizure alert carers and every few days on both our samsung phones the Medic Alert blue icon drops off. How can we be sure that we will still be alerted when the icon isn't visible? We have to reset it each time so then can't be sure to have confidence in it, if it's still running in the back ground that's ok. Your help would be appreciated.
Definitely alot of work needs to be done to make this worth using. 2 days of messing with it. Constant crashing . Have yet to have it send an alert without sending it manually
Even with a Samsung Lte it has to be connected to a phone via Bluetooth, phone can't be on wifi when monitoring & currently the app won't even allow me to open it (tried un/re-installing) . *Had this problem a few times now, very unreliable & no warnings! Definitely not as good as Apples seizure app or the embrace watch! Very disappointing!
App does not function correctly. A constant notification stating the app is running blocks all other notifications from the app. This is 100% an app breaking bug. Also is annoying that it keeps a constant icon in the notification bar. please fix
This app has been very useful. We haven't had any issues with it. Even though some times we have some false alerts, it is highly reliable. The customer service is very good and the company has been doing some improvements that we really love. The seizure detection and the messages work very well. Definitely 5 stars.
The app won't allow my emergency contacts to comfirm. It crashes/fails to keep running even after I reboot, reinstall. I stopped syning with my watch. I tried to get it to work during the duration of the trial but to no avail. How can I request a refund?
Gives you false confidence. Too many settings to dial into perfection. Goes off for no reason, or doesn't go off at all. This app will destroy your battery and then you can't even text for help.
I used this app with my Samsung Galaxy watch. When first setting it up my wife's phone would not make sound when the notifications were sent to it. I emailed the company and 2 hours later I received a call from a person to help out. They were very helpful and now it works like it is supposed to. Having this app helps my anxiety now knowing my wife will know when I have a seizure
Overall the app works sometimes, but most of the time it just doesn't want to work, which worries my parents because they have to come and check up on me, where as having it work doesn't need to have them worried to much, I would like them to fix the issue I'm having with the weak connection, its a good app but needs to be fixed
Refuses to open, says i have no network yet I very clearly do, have uninstalled and reinstalled, retried Bluetooth, phone network, wifi, updated phones and apps where needed - nothing changes - and this is after weeks of glitches and bugging slowly leading to uselessness - all after paying the YEARLY subscription we can ill-afford yet need something in place for the health and well-being of our son
I advise if you have a seizure disorder, DO NOT BUY. On top of terrible customer service, refused to give me a refund after telling me to CANCEL the subscription because IT could not help me any further. The app on the watch glitched and said carer not available even though I had it all set up prior and working okay. I contacted the company and they had an IT tech call me. He failed to do his job, refused to listen,is refusing a refund and blaming Google.
It's actually fantastic. I thought for sure it was a scam and sent an email to the developers, thinking it was pointless. Well, Zorina called me all the way from Sydney and we worked out the kinks over the phone. This app might be the first of its kind and needs more users to work out all the bugs. All I can say is I sleep about 80% better knowing my roommates, brother, and friend will be alerted. Big thanks to mymedicwatch!!
It disconnected from the phone every minute or so I also use a Samsung watch 3 and have all my monitors constantly running yet this app was killing my battery very badly the developers did reach out to me and try to help but I'm already very disappointed with what I've found it was worth it to me however due to customer service I'm giving 3 stars otherwise it wasn't reliable and I'd 1 star it
Excellent customer service. When I experienced a connectivity issue support responded very quickly and even followed up with a call the next day to check that the issue was fully resolved. Recommend.
Excellent customer service, I had some troubles getting it working but with the help of Zorina I was able to get it figured out. Turns out I had it set to an Android watch not a Samsung watch. I'm in Texas and they're in Australia but they always respond wothin 24 hours.
Simply didn't work, even called the company read through the tiny manual to see how to adjust the settings, but I had 3 or 4 seizures with this on.
App crashed after 2 weeks an you can not get it to connect back the your phone mine said watch not connected to phone. Not worth your time and you only get 100 sms an if you have more then one 1 or 2 people on it the SMS want last if you have very many seizures if you run out your have to pay 7.49 dollars for 100 more. Plus if you have a problem like I did you you never get a email back from them for help.
This app keeps crashing. And the SMS feature should be in the Starter plan or free, specifically if other people don't install this app. Uninstalling this app after the free trial if these two things are not met.
i really should have the reviews.. its only been a couple of days so its taking a learning a curve. i can say...I DO NOT FEEL PROTECTED! i never know if its running, the app says monitoring but only when i tap "start monitoring" (click the app 1hr later on my watch i have to tap start monitering again?? i thught you were monitering??? Can i look at the app and see anything all you see is APP INFO?? if us epileptics have this app with this technology it should tell me when i .................................Sneeze or a fever (espescially with CVID) I hope it turns out better... i will re review this ok received a phone call there is a dash board, and i will be sent an email, to assure it is running in the back ground. i went from a 1 star to a 3 lets see how it works....
Had two seizures yesterday and did not detect a single one. Don't bother with this app. Will not renew subscription. Hopefuly i can get reimbursed for the time left ob my yearly subscription.
I haven't had a problem until the last update, now it won't work at all. I rely and need this app to work so my Carer's can help me when I have siezures. Now I feel very valuable with no access to help.
It won't let me add a caregiver it keeps saying form is not completed if I could get it working properly i would probably get the yr subscription but I wanted to try it out first and its not letting me add a caregiver my husband had grand mal seizures and I would like to have something like this .... could u please help me out
Please do not download this app it is a complete waste of money. This app does not notify the caregivers even if the watch is set off by accident. I have contacted them but it still doesn't work. No reassurance at all.
Hello I have been a customer of your app since June 1st. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 and Samsung Galaxy Active 2 watch that are connected to your app. The app keeps shutting down and asking me to recreate a profile.
Good app and gives me a more confidence when I'm alone but is annoying when it stops monitoring and you need to start it back up again.
One star for performance, an extra star for customer service. I've also spent over an hour on Samsung technical support just now. As of today, I'm still getting an "error:Unknown error" repeatedly, and USUALLY the button to alert caregiver works (which isn't a useful feature for me as I don't get aura's). I have managed a "simulated seizure" exactly once while shaking it, then after you hit the button saying you're ok it takes me to a sort of "welcome" page I can't get out of w/o un/reinstall.
