Controls: You can decide which purchases and ATM withdrawals are allowed and which are prevented, and change your settings instantly. For example, you can:
• Keep your card turned off when you aren’t using it, and simply turn it on to make a transaction.• Misplace your card? Deactivate it immediately to prevent transactions, and reactivate it once you find your card.• Define a geographic location where your card will work, such as your home town, or a region where you’ll be traveling. • Make the card active only where you are, based on your phone’s GPS.• Set a dollar limit for any purchase made with the card, and purchases over the limit will be declined.• Set your card to work only for certain merchant categories – for example, enable transactions at grocery stores and prevent them at restaurants.• Prevent your card from use with certain transaction types, such as mail order or e-commerce purchases. You can keep a category turned off, then enable it when you wish to make a purchase.
Alerts: You can opt to receive instant alerts each time your card is used, or set up custom alerts for specific activities.

This was a great app when I got instant notifications. It suddenly stopped. I thought maybe when I got a new phone it would fix the issue. The whole point of the app is to get a notification to prevent fraud.
Tried several times today to setup a new user account for this app but it just says it can't because of technical difficulties. One time it did say I had exceeded the max number of unsuccessful tries even though it was the first time I had tried in hours. An app that does not work at all gets a one star review.
I upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy s7 in July 2019 to a Galaxy s10. This app refused to work until the 12Dec2019 update. I'm grateful it's working again, and hope it'll keep working after I upgrade my phone's OS to Android 10.0.
Had a security issue this morning and wanted to turn off my card. Downloaded and set up an account within a few short minutes. Thank you for that piece of mind. My only complaint is card manager and selco app should combine.
When I got this app I entered my info and only my credit card, but not my debit card was posted to the app, but as my credit card is what I was more worried I haven't pressed the issue but it would have been nice if I could manage both cards right out of the gate
Its been crashing alot lately when i first try to log on. Other than that I like it

If you've ever had a credit card stolen like I have then this is a great app for peace of mind.
Impossible to get activated. Activation code and password reset sent to email has 15 min expiration. The email comes 30 mins later and won't allow the app to be activated.
It's about time Selco came out with this. Let's hope we see EMV cards soon. Lots of places in Europe use that technology and you can be left without access to funds without it.
Got my card. It's been 2 weeks and still the app does not work. Went into the branch they, said they would report it. I called to and reported it again. Still nothing can't put my card in. I will try back later I guess.
Keep saying error or having difficulties. Tried it again and again and still comes up not working.
App didn't work. Called customer service -could not fix registration problem. Never called me back. Now I'm blocked from the app. ??
I'm done putting up with passwords that become harder and harder to conform to the requirements, while becoming no more secure, and even LESS secure than just being able to make my password what I like. Forcing me to use no less than one capital one lowercase a number a symbol and having a narrow range of password lengths... why not throw in a blood sacrifice and my first born?
When I tried setting this up it requires you to have a password with an uppercase/lowercase letter, a number AND a special character. Unless I use this app on a daily basis, I can't remember a PW that's completely different (ones that require special characters) than the same one I have for the regular SELCO app. Get rid of the unnecessary special character requirement and I'll use this app. The reality is, I'm not going to remember the PW and you'll have to email it to me anyway, so why have a PW ?

I have always appreciated having this as a safe guard for my debit card. Originally I'm sure it had a spending limit I could set. A few times as I was going to spend more than that the card was denied. Then when I changed the amount in the app, the purchase was approved. Don't know when that was removed? Now it only sets a minimum amount before alerts are sent. Very disappointed that is no longer available.
