SELCO Mobile Banking App

Doesn't even open the login screen on the app anymore. Just says an error has occurred. I also can't login through the browser either, wants me to enroll every time. This all started after the last samsung forced update... Hopefully it gets resolved or I will have to either leave selco or switch from android/samsung. Update, the app is now working! Thanks for fixing

This app used to work wonderfully, but after the latest bug "fixes" it will not load and only gives "an error has occurred" when I try to open it. I tried reinstalling it with no luck. Definitely a bummer.

This app quit working with my Galaxy s20. Just says an unexpected error occurred. I've called the number multiple times and always get the same thing...uninstall then reinstall, clear the cache. And still the same. Have been told the tech will work on it and get back to me and never called back. Even had one tech tell me to buy a different phone. Really??? How about you fix your app to update with new technology on phones. Very frustrating I need this app because I live 25 miles from bank.

I have not been able to access my app, it keeps kicking me off and so I uninstalled and now it won't redownload, it's just pending and I don't know what to do and need to get into it today. Also had issues last time I was on it to try and change my username and it would load or let me change it.

The app stopped working a few weeks ago. I cannot access the website on my computer, either. My phone and internet are not the same companies. I'm not experiencing issues with any of my other apps. I don't like calling the number on my card because the options are frustrating and I often get sent back to the main menu. Each time I have to enter a member id or my account number. After seeing other's mention the same issue, I would hope it was resolved by now.

Every time I want to sign in to the app it has to send me a security code. It just started doing this last week after an update. I sign in once or twice a day! It's ridiculous that I need an access code every single time. Please change that feature! I love this app otherwise!

App completely useless as of June 2021. Even with biometrics turned on, they still require two factor authorization to log in. The only options are via phonecall or email. Isn't the whole point of having a mobile app convienience? It takes 2 to 4 minutes to log in as the phone call takes 25 seconds to even get to the number. Now today, a bad gateway error is preventing access to my account on a day where I actually need to transfer funds.

I understand the security concerns, but can you PLEASE do something about how long it takes to get a security code emailed. Sometimes 20 minutes, sometimes don't get one at all. Very frustrating.

When I tried setting up an account on the app today it would not accept my password. I used upper case, lower case, numbers and a special character, and 13 characters long. What else could they require? An app I can't even get in to gets a one star rating.

I really like the app. Although currently when trying to mobile deposit, the sub application that runs to bring up the camera keeps crashing after 4 seconds, preventing me from using the mobile deposit feature entirely. Google Pixel 2 android 9.

I would give more stars but until about last week I can no longer use the selco app. It just says 'an error has occured' and thats it. Can't sign in or anything. Tried u installing reinstalling turning my phone off and on then reinstalling nothing. I miss using this app.

Updated 8/9/21 Half a year later from first three star review and zero improvements. So watered down as to be almost useless. Improve or loose business. Dropping to 2 stars. One really, really basic feature suggestion would be transaction time-stamping...

I could not get by without this app! I been here for over 6yrs. Never had any major issues. I have noticed that lately, my balance has not been updated right away. I was shocked because I thought I had a larger balance since it did not update. Scared the you know what out of me! I just tried to log in and it would not open. Error is what it said. So, what's up Selco?

I like the app a whole and its been really useful but recently it wont open due to network socket error? Im not sure what that means but im on the latest version and my network is solid. Ill change this to a 5 star review if it's ever fixed. Edit: I fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting my phone. Idk if itll work for everyone but now im back to loving the app

Worst app ever. SELCO could care less about this app. Its glutchy, crashes, freezes (oh that was because it needed an update your never notified about) and this is a banking app. Makes you feel so secure doesn't it? Yes I have called and complained but nothing changes update after update. Now it just says there are issues and I cannot access my accounts. Oh what you say? Just like the Junction City teller that is totally useless most of the time and in the worst place for safety/security?

Weird..3rd posting to dissappear. Updated galaxy note 20 phone..no app does not work..an error occurred message..dumped app..cleared cache. And rebooted phone 3 times..still dosent work..nearest bank branch is over an hour away..can log in on browser..which I click remember device..and it never does..need this fixed asap or I will have to find a more local branch bank

Cannot do a mobile deposit on google pixel 2 every time I go to take a picture the app stops. I've reinstalled it 3 times and it won't work. It used to work just fine for some reason it's this new update that's terrible.

App will no longer open. I have Uninstalled, cleared cache, turned phone off and back on reinstalled app...still same message... error occurred and will not open...frustrated with new version !!

New security update is very frustrating. There are inconsistencies about how to get a code. I can get a text or an email. But my daughter can get a call or an email. I don't feel this is protecting me in any way. There needs to be a way to authenticate the device you are using once so you don't have to get a code every time. I did contact the bank and they said this is how it is until they can figure something else out. I'm all for security but I need something that is also easy to use.

Unexpectedly the app wont work...when it did tho it worked and was convenient..ive not been able to get it to work after numerous times of Uninstalling and re downloading..not sure of the issue 2/11/22

This last week the app has stopped working. Just says an error has occurred. I now have to open my internet browser and go to the CU website to login and try to bank. Its so much harder and I cant deposit checks that way. Please fix. App worked fine before last week.

Been trying for two days to get into my account, it keeps saying error SSL CLAPHANDS..., What is this, and why can't I get in? Used to love this bank, but lately everything is gone. Can't get anyone on the phone, and this app is worthless. What good is the app if you can't sign in.

App requires a code to be entered from either text or email in order to sign in. The text option doesn't work and there's no "remember device" option. Very annoying

App no longer works with Samsung S21. The only message says an error occurred. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't fix it.

I have had the worst time ever to get the app to download on device, with no success. MaPs credit union mobile app was so easy and user friendly. I think I will go back to Maps. To frustrated to do it any more.
