I would prefer an instant balance option as I have with other accounts. Entering the password multiple times on the phone is cumbersome and difficult. I would like to enter with a pin or something more simple. Getting locked out on Friday evening with no available customer service to call for help is VERY inconvenient.
I have had a checking account with multiple banks in the same city and none of them have ever made it so difficult to have or use a simple account. It took issuing 4 debit cards before we could get one this new and improved system would accept? And at no point have I ever had two different available balances? You only have one amount left in your account period! If I want an accurate account balance I just go to the competitor's ATM and it gives me the exact amount not two different ones???
Liked site soooo much better before upgrade. Takes too long to see purchases. I don't know if it has had times when down, it will tells me i have logged in incorrectly when I haven't . I hope it improves.
Overall I like it. The only thing I have a problem with is viewing transactions. It is a very slow load if it loads at all.
For reason it stop showing transaction that I've made. What's the problem? Anyone else contracted the developer and didn't get a response??
I love the Select banking app! It is very user friendly and not glitchy. I highly recommend it.
It's not user friendly and doesn't have enough functions, like spendable balance, etc.
Works great except for the fact that the fingerprint login doesn't work.
It takes forever to load the details on an account. Sometimes I have to close it and reopen to see activity
Does not have full functionality. What if someone doesn't own a computer? Most people use their phones as computers, today 🤯

App has functioned fine for me.
I can't see scheduled bill payments on the app that I've scheduled online. I also can't stand the fact that pending items are not reflected in your current balance. I also think you should be able to turn off viewing "sweep" balance. I can't see actual current balance when in the transfer window, it only shows your balance including your sweep accounts. This will just have to do for now, but not really satisfied with the app overall.
