Very poor quality app. Very frequent crashes. when it doesn't crash there are a very limited amount features available
It worked fine for me at first, but the app no longer opens since my phone was upgraded to Android 10 edit 12/15. App was finally updated and works well
Just opened an account with them and can't even use the app...it won't even open. Has never opened.. it allowed me to download the app but it has never opened.
Good but needs some fixes - I personally wish I could rename my accounts to checking and savings instead of the weird # names but it still works either way
I like being able to mobile deposit me check and after the hassle of getting it fixed on my android phone it worked for about a month now the app wont even open
Doesn't work right half of the time. I've banked with you all since I was 16, please upgrade to a better app :(
My credentials work on computer to login but not with phone app.
Fast and nice app. Used fingerprint to log in and check my account status easily.
App has a lot of good features and makes keeping track of my account convenient.

This app is very poorly implemented. There is no option to remember safe devices if you log in on your computer or your spouse logs in. You constantly have to answer challenge questions when switching between devices. You can't screen capture your info for security reasons which would really help with switching between apps to figure bills. Overall this app (and the website) needs a lot of work to increase user friendliness. The security measures are onerous.
