Disappointed...I downloaded this for the "healthy hikes" section shown in the thumbnail (I used to find it on the myHealth app that now won't open either). It is missing from the menu. 😔

I began using the app after the updates. The app is easy to use to view ID cards, claims, and overall plan usage. The wellness options for the bike share and hikes are a great addition. I can't wait to try one of the easy hikes.

Absolutely horrible. Download the app, tap to login it opens my browser to enter my credentials. Entered them and then get prompt to continue in the app. Click continue and it opens the app asking for username and password. Click to enter and the browser opens a new tab. Just repeats in a loop without ever logging in.

App keeps throwing up error or cannot find me...I had to guess when my premium is due since I started the insurance in November...and to contact call center for help at this time...you will be on hold forever....did a quick payment on their website....They still have the same issues as they did back in 2014 with the online dash....please fix!

The app displays the insurance cards split in half for front and back. But it leaves out parts of the phone numbers. There's plenty of room to show the entire card. It would be really jive to not have to carry the physical card, but no.

zero stars. this app is clunky and unusable. had to reinstall twice just to get it to work. gets stuck in loops. doesnt pull up info and just tells me to call selecthealth. have you ever spent half your work day on the phone with your insurance company...yeah me too.

I have a long password but apparently it's too long for the app because it doesn't give me enough space to type it all. How can you let me have a long password when I created it on a computer but not have enough space for me to ever log in through the app? Please fix this.

they fixed most of the issues , it opens now and i veiw a few things , i cant however view documents or change my contact information , they have the wrong email listed , but that just means the bills go somewhere else so thumbs up on that

Terrible App. It shows error on the login page before I even try to login. Uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app numerous times with the same result. Absolutely terrible app.

this app is close to useless. all i get it to do on my phone is the wheel that makes you think the app is loading. I have uninstalled, restarted my phone and reinstalled it and get nothing. At least on my tablet i can look up my group id and membership. the rest of the app is of little everyday use.

honestly, this is a consistently horrible app. more than half the features dont work or just put you through a login loop. poor and clunky UI design. come on

Kinda confusing at first. But after I went online and added my information I was able to sign on the app. It would not let me sign in until I went to the website and created a profile.

Horrible app. My password randomly stopped working, and the app wouldn't let me change it. I have to go online and do everything. The app is useless.

App doesn't run. reinstalled multiple times trying to get it to work without success. App should be fixed or removed from the store.

I can see why this is a low rating. Theres normally 2 reasons I would need this. To pull up my card and to search for doctor's. Well finding doctors with this app is a joke and very limiting and difficult. I switched to online.

The perfect app if all you're looking for is an eternal loading screen. 1/9/19 --------- Good news...I tried again 7 months later and it's still complete garbage

I've uninstalled a few times. app never loads or tells me my password is incorrect even though I save my info. I won't reinstall it again unless it drastically improves.

This app could use a lot of improvement. its not very user friendly, half of the time i cant even get logged in. They should try to make their app more like Cigna because currently its not even really worth having.

this app is total garbage. I have installed on my phone but it does not let me sign in, it always say that I am not authorized to see the information, and is MY account. If not me, who is authorized to see my info?

Tried multiple times, reinstalling it multiple times, still could never get it to load. Does not work.

After a lot of dead ends, i finally happened onto the info i needed. Whoever developed this needs to be made to use it all the time.

It keeps telling me the page has expired and to refresh the page. I didnt even put in my Password. Just my username.

So far so good. Was able to log into my account and see all my information. Thank you SelectHealth! Keep this momentum going!

Worst ever. I have installed and uninstalled 4 times and it will not load. Suggestion: repair or remove

Does not load, just at a green screen. For the money paid for the insurance they could keep the app working.

I tried to put in my medical information and each time the app would select other sections before I could finish. Not worth my time.

Can't long in. Type the password in and the app just crashes...

Can't log on. Got all the way through to the security question, and it won't accept anything in the answer field. Waste of time! I'm on an LG thin Q7

Crashes when I attempt to sign in 3/20/21 . . (Edit) it is now April 27th 2022 and this issue has still not been resolved.
