Update: The issue with Bill Pay was resolved fairly quickly so changing from 4 stars to 5. Have used this app a long time with no issues but the last couple weeks, Bill Pay crashes immediately after opening. Will have to use the site on the browser instead of using the app until an upgrade. Hope it's fixed soon!
App worked great and seamlessly until about a month ago and now can't get past the back of the check photo. Called and they told me there are no issues with the app but other members of my family who used it previously are also reporting issues. It is now useless and if this bug is not fixed soon, I'll be forced to open an account with a bank that has a working mobile deposit. Obviously reading the reviews, there is an issue.
Great app but it does glitch out something terrible every now and then. Like today for example, it says the APP is currently unavailable, try back later. What if I don't have later? What if this is a Taken movie type situation? Liam can only help me so much with his CIA particular skill set. He doesn't handle my money though ;) (sorry for the pun, but I couldn't resist) otherwise the APP is great and it helps alot. Just need to work out the bugs a bit more.
Worked fine up until a few days ago. Now saying my info is invalid. Not sure how, I've had this account and app for years. I live no where near the bank and use this app quite often to transfer money between my accounts. Very frustrating!
Edited: it's 2021 & this app is still garbage! Disappointed!!! Have uninstalled and reinstalled countless times to no avail. This app is complete garbage. On a normal basis it would be a hassle, during this pandemic it is a hindrance, it is needed now more than ever.
Works fine, but requires the storage permission, and repeatedly shows a popup complaining about the missing permission if it's not granted. Why would a banking app need storage permissions? Denying the permission should cause the app to fail gracefully, or at least let me know why the permission is needed. This behavior would be unacceptable in another app, but since SHCU already has my financial info i guess I'll give them access to my phone. I'm not happy about it though.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR APP?!?!!!!! It doesn't work anymore the last week it did a quick view for awhile now I can't even log in!!!!! Please fix the issue. Thx I am even considering switching banks because this is such a HUGE problem for me!!!! I need to know my balance when I pay bills.
THIS APP DOES NOT WORK. EVERYTIME I DOWNLOAD THE APP IT SAYS ERROR. IT HAS BEEN MONTHS AND NO CHANGE. CALL THE BANK AND THEY SAY NOTHING IS WRONG. SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG WITH THIS APP. FIX IT PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the worst app I've encountered It does not recognize my password which disables my login. I have to use audio banking. Just annoying especially for a financial institution.
Bug in loan payment amount option. Won't let me make a full payment and can't get it resolved. Will change my rating if it gets fixed.
Fix your app, every time I try to open that app it says 'error' and your website is broken. I would appreciate it if you start fixing these problems right away.

App not working. Says app is unavailable when trying to log in. Multiple attempts to log in will lock your account.
cannot....access acoumt ever....very frustrating...always says name or password is invalid. cant read 800 number on debit card....too small and in embossed part of card.....help!!!!!
Every time I try to make a mobile deposit it throws me out. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time.
The app sucks u can never login it just keep saying try again later but later never comes then u cant go to actual bank on the weekends its a horrible app
This app is always down and when dealing with people's finances we can't afford to have this happening.
All of a sudden the app won't do mobile deposits. This is a new thing. Please fix it.
They are certainly the way to bank. It's like your own private bank. You're not a number, they know their people by name. It's a great place to bank!
Accidentally uninstalled it. Reinstalled it but the shortcut icon is not showing up.
Features are buggy. Mobile deposit works less than half the time.
There isnt a place to set up a new acct. This is really starting to get aggregating!
Once I downloaded the app, accessibility was a breeze as opposed to traveling to locate a branch ❤
I am experiencing a problem printing transactions. It used to work fine.
The best all around the bank teller or so so nice and mangerment so on point very professional
Worked fine untill i did the update now it wont even allowed me to login..
Bill pay now signs you out of your session and doesn't register your payments.

App suddenly stopped working, giving me a "try back later" message. After a week of this I called customer service and they told me there were no issues with the app currently, and didn't try to help. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I've tried rebooting my phone and clearing the cache and nothing works. During a pandemic, when bank hours are limited, it's disappointing that the app stopped working and the customer service rep wouldn't even attempt to help resolve the issue.
