At first I was frustrated because the screen kept going back to my norton app Lock, but after I unchecked the "stay locked while in use" box I was able to stop that from happening. The app is convenient & useful.
The log in message reads..this app is currently unavailable. Please try again again later. It is now eight hours later! Please correct this. This has occurred once before for me about seven months ago. I have disabled and re-enabled this app. Still reads same message. Thank you.
Same as the unusable regular app. Tried after failed use of the same/ other app. Have uninstalled and reinstalled countless times to no avail. This app is complete garbage. On a normal basis it would be a hassle, during this pandemic it is a hindrance, it is needed now more than ever.
Like others have reported, this app is not working correctly. On each attempt to login, it says Something went wrong. I've looked for updates and uninstalled and reinstalled it and still the same. We need some Help from Self-Help for this app!
When the security phone screen pops up, no matter what you do it takes you back to the beginning. Its impossible to enter the security codes as it never stays on that screen. Its absolutley frustrating.
Horrible app. I've been trying to get it to work for weeks, and every other review I've read here, I keep getting a message that the app is unavailable at this time... and this time... and this time... Customer service tries to help but nothing works. Plus, you can only get customer service during regular banking hours. It's Saturday and now I have to wait until Monday to be able to talk to someone
Same complaint I'm seeing in all the other reviews. Try to log on and it says "This application is currently unavailable. Please try again later." I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still getting the same message. Extremely inconvenient!
Cannot log in. Tried to retrieve my username, wouldn't let me inter birthday without scrolling back 52 years. Gave up trying. Will try again when i have an hour. Was not useful this time may be something I done. I.D.K.
I just set up my account through this credit union. While trying to use the app when I back out of the app it asks me "are you sure you want to exit?" I click yes, but when I actually go through the menu and logout it asks me the same thing and I click yes and the system logs me out without saving my login username which I previously set up to "remember me" so what is the difference between backing out of the app and logging out..dah. It should remember my login info whether I back out or logout
So, for 3 days now, I'm not able to log back into my acct. I have not only impute my info. Manually, I unistalled and reinstalled this app. I'm in the need to know what is happening with my account 🤔. Why does this app continue to crash? And when will it be fixed?
Wont let me sign in...keeps saying app unavailable. Its not disabled and I allowed all permissions. Also uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. Not sure I wanna stay banking with u guys if ur app doesnt work and the website also keeps telling me my username is invalid and I was told to use my account number as username. How can I check my account activity?? Very annoyed!!
This app is a waste of download. It has never worked. Why even have. It will not allow you to log on. It sucks!!!!! Oh yeah, don't forget your password. You'll have to swipe back each month to get to your birthday and year. Good luck, I gave up. What a pain!!!!!
It only asks me for my username and password. But I haven't set one up yet. When I enter a username and password, thinking it will ask me to create that as my account, it tells me that the information ℹ entered is invalid. How do I create a username and password so that I can log in and view my account information?
App stopped working again please fix. App is garbage worse banking app I ever used. Edit: the app will work for a few days & then it stops responding. Only finance app I have this issue with.
Trying to use the app keeps saying something went wrong.Did the log out the app reinstalled in the same thing happens. Something went wrong when I try to log in.
Mobile deposit isn't working correctly. The camera view is set up for profile and it needs to be landscape.
This app has been down for months now! 🤬 Come on Self Help, this is not only rediculous, its super inconvenient and unacceptable! You see all the same reviews from the customers complaining of the same issues for months now...so this is straight up neglect. Fix the app! Update:The site is STILL down & my login is disabled. Pathetic .You keep lying saying its not down when it IS everyone is saying the same thing. So we are all lying? Im planning to close my account asap.

Logging process takes forever and once you have all the information types in it won't let me log in total waste of time please fix
Everytime I try to log in, a dialog box that says "ERROR" and does not allow me to utilize the app
app has to authenticate every time it opens, even when set to remember device. (fixed - thanks)
stopped working after a year... says app is unavailabe and tey later, but it still doesn't work.
quit working with my finger print...tried password still would not log in. so deleted and re downloaded still wont long in.
I will give it more stars if it didnt glitch when I try to log in. It just keeps loading
This app used to work fine, but I have not been able to access my bill pay in a month. I have to go to the website. When will this be fixed??
Not bad at all. Sometimes it stalls and takes awhile to log in.

I cannot use the app. Every time I try to open it, the app says it's unavailable.... I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I've called support and they told me to reset my password despite also telling me that they have no record of the attempted login. Obviously it's not a password issue or they would have that info.... I'm not going to reset my info, since that is clearly not the issue. I can login just fine on the website, which does show up in their system. APP IS BROKEN.
