App not working after qr code scan found error unable to connect server
This app has become really great. I now have access every action I need. Also loving the new interface. The authentication works great where ever I am. Good job!
Not working after scan QR
Not connected. Error shows cannot connect to the server. May be need to upgrade the system.

Agent Interface is not available in APP. Useless for me.
very 2 upset by our mgmt. no of ticket to be approved IS NOT THE SAME..i lesser than as shown in SP portal as well as in SM inbox approval page.. where the others?.. only max 10 items listed.

Works perfectly! Some people reporting that they're unable to connect to the server might have their server deployed behind a firewall or VPN, in which case you need to configure your settings properly.
