If you want to text a problem via this app, its texting and editing capabilities pretty much sucks. There is only one short line you can see at a time, and the way it scrolls up and down is just rediculously uncontrolable. All i did was set up my account and it would not allow me to put in my correct current email address. I get to try paying my bill next. I'll let you know how that goes around the 5th of next month

This app is so handy ! Tiger Self Storage in North Highlands Q street is so above the rest & with this app they blow the customer service of others out of the water! This app allows me to not only remain SAFE by opening & closing the gate for me I can make my payment anytime of the day as well. I don't have to roll my window down & punch in the code when it's freezing outside. Nor do I waste my cool air from the air condition in the summer by rolling down my window just to put in the code. A+++

It makes it easy to communicate since it's hard to find someone in the office and gate close so early .

Easy and fast to use. Manager Mike is always friendly with an upbeat attitude and very helpful .Always sporting a smile .

So far, bad app due to saying invalid user name or password when using my username and password. I'm a hardass and would fire people not doing the job correctly.

I have 3 units and i have to go all the way out of the app to make a payment for the 2nd and 3rd unit. When i made my pmt the app took out 3 payments instead of 1.

Couldnt get pass setting up account. Needed my code to get in, which uses a pound and asterisk, but doesnt give me the option to input them.

It's pretty good only i get charged late fee multiple times before anybody ever responds to fix it otherwise I would give it 5 stars

Unable to update personal profile (change address to new address) and unable to add email address or add finger print.

This is a great app for me. The storage units are nice and clean and easy access too

2x, unable to load locations, n not valid code, what code. Uninstall n reinstall, still same, office close Monday..
