App experience is average..i cant see the mini graph in each stock i clic..i need to click the full chart and it so difficult to view the full size chart in mobile and visually the chart is really out dated..every other applications have a really impressive chart and layout And the another main problem is signing in in the app..its really difficult to put the password and pan number each time we open...you can simply verify it by fingerprint..please include this 2 in the next update .please
Very bad app, sometimes it takes too much time to open even when your internet speed is very good. Due to this I experienced a huge loss in trading... There is no option to award zero star or negative rating otherwise i must have opted that one for this app. Very bad experience....
In graph section, I am unable to find daily RSI , as it was very easy to find in older version, update in selfie makes me dificult and kept away me from user friendly selfie. So, will you please inform me, where to set daily RSI, and actual RSI figure.(Formerly it was showing in older version).
Done your suggestion,Still on 16/03 nseindex chart is not loading Very pathetic after update. Nifty chart not at all showimg, stock charts loading too slow, no basic chart, can't save studies in graph. Nothing presented properly. Instead of asking each reviewers their regd email id to contact further, it will be better if developer himself use this app and solve the issues. Why user's regd email id is asked everytime, what connection it has got in solving the issues of this not so useful update.
Hello Developers, activating deactivating cross hair/infosystics everyone knows. My and everybody's concern is that, on activating cross hair, the big square of information appears and moves along with the cross hair throughout the chart, masking major part of chart. There's no provision to deactivate this. My question is, Is it required when infostatics gives the same at the top??? Why the same twice?
App crashes immediately in my RED MI NOTE 4 handset . There was similar problem with previous version also . So unable to take and send screenshot. I'm giving 1 star because minus raking is not available on play Store. 👿
Iam using it from last 7 years... Recently very worse performance. My app is now uptodate version. Always they are saying to update app but nothing doing. Even updated app with proper internet, lot of glitches available. Very highly dissatisfied with geojit. Iam thinking to transfer my account. Please rectify immediately. Very frequently getting problems of not responding, no chart view, not updating.... So many, still iam facing problem.
Many times I completed the problem,but it still selfie in loading mode.i don't no what exactly geojit doing.i think they need to work at least on 31 st day... 2022 may 8 still loding mode....
This is an average app in comparison to grow and others and moreover sometimes it throws out of the application when we are viewing or doing any transactions. These problems are to be corrected by the developer so it can be more user friendly
Watchlist disappears evey time I log out. And sometimes the charts are non responsive and unavailable. The said issue was resolved after uninstalling and reinstalling.
The biggest flaw is, sometimes you cannot view your portfolio as it shows 'No data available'. This happens even when you have full mobile internet range. Also, the charges are high. Transactions are pretty quick and the app is overall very easy to handle. But the value reflected in your pay in pay out status takes days to reflect the correct number. Just for its user friendly nature and quick transactions, 3 stars!
This app is very simple. Not in trends with the current needs of traders. I've been a customer of geogit for more than 9 years but still don't know where to find options or futures. Also updates are not very frequent. There are some bugs. Most prominent is if I've logged into the app and switch to a different app for 1 or 2 minutes and come back, all the tickers will be frozen and won't reflect the latest values. I have to exit the app relogin. Needs a lot of improvements and frequent updates.
This app was never a great one, but an ok one. Whenever I try to stay logged in for more than 10 minutes it will always end up crashing. For two days there are some serious discrepancies in the average and market prices of the shares. In the app, it is showing that both the market and average prices are almost the same. But the flip website shows the exact values of both the average price as well as market price. There is something terribly wrong with this app. Please do take some actions to rectify this.
This app does not have provision to set the indicator parameter. If i try to change the indicator parameters, the indicator itself disappears. This problem is never seen in apps of other service provider. They are more user friendly as compared to selfie app. I am using the app provided by ET NOW for technical research using charts and indicators.
Despite reseting the password many times, unable to login. Always showing err invalid tradecode/password
Selfie app is very user friendly and easy to trade. It has the most advanced features integrated. Excellent work!!!
The app has many bugs. Whenever I add something into my watchlist, it disappears from the watchlist the next time. How is this app making trading easy ? Need solution here. Please!
Want to ask u whether u r really serious with this selfie or is it just a fun.....wen did u last post an updated video about selfie app. My user interface is different from the interface that I see on video.....I don't see My Account feature on my app.Is it not the same for everyone. And FYI....I get no reply from customer service either...no one answers the call too.If this app is for just fun let us know , we will move.
It is user friendly and very useful app for stock marketing. Here one watch list contains fifty stocks. We can add additional watch list. My appreciation to Geojit for their valuable service. Thank you.
The chart in new version 25.0.8 is very poor. It does not funtion well. So the new version is not useful at all.
automatic shut down after opening the app.....unable to use app....very worst experience after last update ...rectify it as soon as possible no solution till date...
So I have being a Geojit customer for under a year, when I joined, I was told that the application is one of the best. Since I have not used of any other trading app, I assumed its good to the moment I installed it and started using it. It has an average UI although is informative, the application is riddled with bugs, timeout issues, auto log-off (my biggest disappointment as a daily trader) and unresponsive badly coded hit areas. This app needs serious reboot and rethinking.
Very bad experience.i am trading with geojit from 12 yrs.But from last 2yrs facing so much problem in selfie app.
There are soo many bugs in the app... sometimes it doesn't show all the stocks that we have... then we have to uninstall and reinstall it... and in that case we will loose all the watch list data and we have to redo everything. Every time we do an update there will be some problem or the other.. this is getting quite frustrating 😒
This app has gone from bad to worse, crashes, freezes are frequent. I hope the new version is coming out soon or you will loose me and my accounts
Login feature itself is difficult. I can't see my portfolio. It keeps crashing every now and then. All my watchlist disappears randomly. It will not allow you to login, when ever you want to buy or sell anything. My internet willl be working fine, but this app does not. All other apps work properly with same internet connection.
