Sadly -it's now impossible to log into the app, and I'm reliant on mobile browsers to complete purchases. A shame because I once enjoyed the clean UI of the app (which was buggy at times with its cart feature, but otherwise quite a joy)

This app cannot work properly. There's no chance to save personal details like address and phone number.

Downloaded the app update then everything became worse. None if the items would load if you click into it individually, none of thesearch results show up, you cannot add anything into basket or wish list. It was already slow before the update but at least it worked. Now it is a completely useless app.

I tried ordering an item that I had on my wishlist that became available again. Payment went through and I was waiting for dispatching. A few days later, my order was cancelled. The item was placed online as an instock item and I tried ordering again. Again, my order was cancelled. Both times, Selfridges took my money and never refunded. Both are high cost purchases. Screw this app. Screw Selfridges.

I am always logged out of the app then struggle login back in _ password not accepted - I then have to go online to rest and reconnect and by then I lose my wishlist

Ive won a prize draw, i have 2 hours to purchase. Every time i select the secure checkout link it just refreshes the same page. Its extremely frustrating. I have also added an item to my bag to see if this helps the situation. Now i cant remove the item from my bag. Scanned the entire shopping cart page and i cannot see anyway of removing the item.

The app is totally not functioning. The price showed are different from the webpage. And on the checkout page, it cant function well like it cant recognize discount code and even if you have bought the Selfridges+, it still charge you for delivedy fee. The app is such a disappintment

Experienced the worst customer service comparing to other online store. Didnt reply email properly with different standard. Procastinating follow up email. Didnt refund even the item was proved to be received well. Apps interface is ok. Takes 3 to 5s to load a new page. The only benefits are cheap and more variety of items apart from just fashion.

Wishlist is broken, items get stuck in there and since it has a 50 item limit, the wishlist becomes clogged quickly and makes the app nearly useless. Also refreshes almost every time you leave the app, so you lose your place within the store. These problems make it too annoying to use

Such a frustrating and buggy app, I was able to win a draw for a pair of limited shoes and I can't even simply checkout it just refreshes the page nonstop, no matter how many times I tap to proceed to checkout it just refreshes and now I have lost that order. Thanks for the Selfridge's app for being useless...

android app wouldn't accept my credentials. my login and password are working on the website but not on the app. it's always prompting incorrect email/password. tried changing password several times but same error occurs. I initiated contact thru email but got no response. very disappointing.

When I downloaded the app, I saved my favourite brands, however there does not appear to be an option to filter by my favourite brands when shopping. I spoke to customer service via the live chat and they said I need to reselect each time. If saving your favourite brands, there should be an option to filter by them when shopping. I tried to add this to the app feedback section and got an error..

Used to freeze often and the basket case of the basket was unreal - couldn't even add or remove items. Nowadays, the app is seamless and easy to use and order with. Love Selfridges!

Terrible experience with the online shop. I bought wine glasses on Black Friday with a 20% discount for a Christmas present. They took my money as soon as I pressed the button, but the glasses never arrived. The customer support told me they didn't know where they were, but the website said they had them available to buy. After 4 weeks waiting, the customer service said they couldn't give the glasses for that price and refunded me what I had paid. They wasted my time.I'll never trust their offers

sometimes when I'm trying to filter brands, sizes, departments, app is constantly loading. - limitation to only 50 items in wishlist((( app crashes when I click on colours or sizes to check availability. after each update my wishlist brokes and contain only 2 items and i can do nothing with it

So dumb that it has a number limit on your wishlist. Other than that great product selection sometimes the app bugs out and doesn't let you open the shop it just keeps kicking you back to the home screen.

I have emailed customer service the issues I have with my wishlist function many times but with no response at all. You cant remove items from the wishlist nor adding things, there's nothing you can do about it and .. yes they just don't care on your experience, they assume you will buy from them anyways.

Utterly useless. Does not even allow signing in - complains about some character in my password repeating 4 times. Well of course it is! There aren't enough letters in the alphabet to not have repetitive characters when a password is 60+ long!

App is generally very slow and annoying to navigate or use. Items on wishlist randomly disappear or can't be removed and adding items to the wishlist often takes about 45 years.

Absolutely useless in regards to their Sneaker drops. Not only is it nearly impossible to win, but notifications arrive days later, and usually their drops don't even appear on your home page.

They have yellow drops or raffle drops on app which is amazing along side the sales perspective everything is on the app that's I. Store and it's very very easy to navigate and use to find what u need 100% reccomned

Very easy to use, well laid out, some of the products don't always show how big a tube is (Clinique products) but other than that brilliantly easy to use and fast to checkout 👌

When you try and log in it says your password is wrong even after reseting it, and if you try and register it says 'node is empty' so you can't even get on it

Won the draw for Yeezy Zyon and when I went to checkout it wouldn't let me. Kept taking me back to the congratulation page. Tried pressing checkout a bunch of times and still nothing. Its only been 10 minutes, you have an hour to checkout, and the message disappears!!!

Love this app. Effective easy to use 5 stars from me. I also recommend opting to pay the one off fee (think it was £10) for free deliveries for the year. It has been worth it!

App does not work, tried uninstalling and installing multiple times, updated it every time, phone is upto date too, the app doesnt let me checkout or even add to bag, and it doesnt let me log in

Used this app for a year fine they did the update and then i lost my wishlist cannot add or remove itmes to it now on app and on the webpage it still says i have my wishlist so i cannot add as reached the 50 limit but it shows 4 items - take a look at john lewis much better app and no 50 limit which is just silly anyway when u sell around 70k items!
