Please don't use the word easy and hassle free.. Please don't mislead people with your lies and totally worthless ads. The problem is with the media who allows such a worst companies to allow such ads without background check and customer satisfaction.. Worst company..
They don't deserve any star, selling your car within half an hour, but you received your money after a long and hard toil from the worst services in terms of operations, accounts and customer service, something really unbearable.
I wish I can give them zero. I sold my car more than a week ago and have been following up with the staff for cash transfer since 4 days but no funds transfered and today is 8th day. After sale service is horrible. If you are in a rush for cash then it's not advisable. I have called off the deal because of the delay but their call centre team is pretending that they cannot reach the sales team. NOT RELIABLE AND NOT RECOMMENDED. TIME WASTERS.

Very bad experience, nothing is real there. Car transfer will take 3-4 days (even if there is no loan for the car), then they will tell you your money will take less than 24 houra through Ansari, but it will take more than 48 hours. Poor service, no honesty !
Was very easy and fast. I dealt with the dragon mart 2 booth, the agent there (Hazar) was very polite, transparent and professional. The price I got was also within the range I was looking for.
Worst. Following up for payment since last 48 hours. They took car on 11th aug, transferred on 14th, confirmed to pay by 15th, and till now no response from anyone. They are hopeless. Feeling like cheated today like some fraud. Amount is not big too, and they commit to pay instantly? Don't go by there words. They even can't give back your car, as they say it's impossible. This happened after many rounds of documents, since the purchaser team have no clarity what is required by their operations.
Very bad, its ads always interrupting videos on YouTube, really irritating, will never ever use its services, i feel so negatively toward the company because of its adds on YouTube + prices totally 👎👎
The worst app and the worst site and worst idea? I have booked 4 cars, no reply, customer service will only ask u to use the site, and site gives no reply. I need the owner's contact number, not to book a meeting on the site which never happens anytime i used the site
I really wished I could give them 0 stars lemme exaplain why : •i got great offer for my car but the app estimated my car price to be higher •in the test drive the car was being drives aggressively and overlaped the use of various features of my car which lead to car break down . • I had to drive all the way to Sharjah at 30 kmph risking my engine • I was given a almost 30,000 dhs less than the market value • I wasted my day my time and destroyed various parts of my car
Very poor service. My car got evaluated and sale contract was done on Thursday 2 September2021. They car inspection was done thoroughly Today on 3rd day I received the call that there is issue in radiator and they reduce the price to 4000 aed . Which is rubbish, what sort of checking was done and after sale contract reduction so much price. Serious issues with service, professionalism .Now I asked to return the car but they saying to Come and collect from Al Barsha whereas I handedover SHJ:(

Useless company, there inspector try the car for more than 30 min and I stay there more than an 1 hour, and they don't buy your car they have auction and the high price will come after 30 min and they will tell u first 2500k and later 5000k for any car under 2009
Total Time waste.They offer very low price .I got offer for my car lexus ES 2007 5000 AED and I sold the same car in used car dealer for 13000AED.
Who ever says it's fast & easy ther are lying. Or they don't know what is the exact price of their car....sell any car...offers only 50%of the market value....if you sell out side,you will get lot more.

The worst experience ever, wast of time , I reached my appointment on time at DSO souq extra branch, there was no one in the booth , I waited for more than 15 minutes, after that the representative came and he said sorry I can't serve you because as we are going to close. Unprofessional, avoid them , very disappointed

First of all they give you a lot of time ,then they way process is very weird they give your car first then give you just a paper like contact whiteout any deposit, then after taking your car they start investigating by them self not rta and finally after a 4 - 5 days they decide to give you your money if suddenly they'll didn't find any issues from your car to was very clean and healthy ... In my opinion it's very wider routine that they have , people can't trust on this rule
