SellPro

SellPro is an interactive mobile training platform where sales associates can learn about the products they sell and earn the opportunity to own them. The app also serves as a multifunctional training tool that allows brand field reps to store, present and print the latest training content from the palm of their hand, and to maximize the effectiveness of face-to-face training.

While I love learning new things, I don't get enough courses. I finished all of them the first three/four weeks I worked. And I wanted the switch but it was removed (? Which is fine they have the right to give what they want away). I just wish the the shop and playzone had the same prizes. However it's a great app to consume knowledge about tech and tease your brain when you have nothing to do.

I'm giving 3 stars because of the quality of this app. This app is not very easy to navigate. Whenever I tap on the push notifications, all they do is open the app but they never go to what the notification was about. For example, if I get a notification about a new lesson, I tap on it and it just opens the app but it doesn't go to the lesson. And trying to find that lesson is usually impossible because when I try to search for it, nothing shows up. Using this app has been very frustrating.

i know a lot of people have problems, but I've had a great experience. Lots of rebate potentials, friendly support, and tons of free* stuff. Of course it takes a bit of time to accumulate points, but it's very much worth your time in the end. It's incredibly helpful to get up tobdate information on Vizio and HP, and I've made a lot more sales just from coming off as knowledgeable, then all I had to do was watch a few videos and take a quiz. Also, SellPro ships product FAST. download it :)

Great way to learn during these challenging times. The courses are interesting and I learn a lot. The gift cards are a fantastic perk! While I can't join all the live sessions, I have really enjoyed the ones I have watched. The hosts make it personal and keep it light and fun while teaching about the latest products and technology. SellPro is exactly what we needed for sales teams to continue learning while manufacturer reps are limited with travel restrictions.

Historically this was very rewarding, even with the perpetually ballooning prices in the store and the time waste gravity game. Lot of good gift cards to be had, and in reasonable quantities. It was second only to Intel for retail training apps. Lately rewards have dried up almost entirely, and I can't currently recommend. Hopefully this will change.

Great App but some major issues, I'm using the Samsung G S10+ and the biggest issue with the app is the fact that it won't load up new courses even after sending me a push notification. Performing a full sync does nothing either. You have to log out and back in for the courses to load, which is very inconvenient.

SellPro is a great application for learning about products offered at my job as well as refreshing information I may not have sold or researched in a while. Often times connecting to the server causes issues as well as syncing my catalogue since there is a work profile on my phone. There isn't an option to turn captions on or off while using mobile. Despite not having won anything yet, it is a great tool and job aid for retail workers to learn and grow within their company.

It is amazing that you can rewarded for learning product knowledge. I love the short videos, they really help.

lots of interesting training, but it's designed around a lottery system that makes it almost impossible to win anything, let alone the item you want. I did all the courses and used over 200 tokens and only received a 5 dollar gift card. sellpro has potential, but it needs to respect the users time, rewards should not be in loot boxes, even if you dknt pay money for the lootboxes.

Removed the proshop after I saved and used the app extensively. The large amount of points I have are now totally useless. Probably won't use again since they removed the Proshop awhile ago and have yet to put It back on. I used to do every training the minute it came out... It's really disappointing to see what was once a good place to learn about products and receive rewards from take such a bad turn. Now they've added "micro-transactions" where you have to win points to win other points

Similar to what others have said, SellPro has recently become a waste of time and energy. What used to be at least somewhat rewarding has become a borderline scam - and that isn't a word I use lightly. They constantly change reward models just when you're about to claim something big and the Gravity Game yields absolutely nothing, even with their silly playing techniques. More importantly, the learning selection is abysmal and has never expanded to include more than four or five vendors.

Would give it higher rating, only if it would give the chance to get a solid/physical prize. I have using the app for three years and have never laned on any physical item that is not swag or some type of gift card. The gift cards are nice, but I would like a chance to win a computer or something. I have spent so many points on the Gravity game, my only chance now is to save up my points and get something that way. Game is rigged for big box stores if you asked me

Before the update that moved all the items to the mini game and mall. I enjoyed learning new things about tech and how to sell them. Now it's complete trash and I have no motivation to use this anymore as everything you can earn is based on chance. I'll never get what I was saving up for now.

Great tool for learning and keeping up to date on different products but horrible at giving prizes,of course that's the main thing everyone downloaded this app for. If you work at Costco you definitely rarely win anything other than gift card,I went from being number 1 in the nation for Costco to just giving up all together,my drive for this app is gone. You would think being on top of the leader board meant something but it really doesn't,my rep even told me they mostly only tend to best buy.

Used to love this app and recommend it to all people starting at my job. Since they implemented the Mall Credits I have won 45 and been awarded none of them. I have reached out to customer service several times with no response. Not sure if there was a change of management over there, but would not bother with it anymore.

This app is great for learning about new products so you are equipped to inform customers. You also are able to get gift cards and other items for learning, but the gravity game is heavily rigged for you to keep using sell points without winning anything. I've gone through hundreds of points without winning anything.

Enz. D. Sep 22, 2018

Pretty decent, if the rewards aren't exactly "random" and more pre-selected and rigged so that you'll either get the reward that the app feels like giving you or nothing. Other than that, it's quick to learn and earn, which gets the job done in that aspect.

I have won a few small prizes after a few hundred tries, they make it almost impossible with that rigged gravity game. Right now every box says try again with the exception of 2 free play boxes. What the hell is the point of free plays when there's nothing to play for?

The training that is on here works, but when it comes to claiming the rewards, they make it as difficult as possible for you to recieve them. I spent the time to do all the training for the $100 off hp printer. When I went to claim it, they want me to jump through all kinds of hoops to get it. Intel Retail Edge is a much more fun and useful training experience. They make it much easier to claim rewards and prizes. I am a salesman and they don't make it worth my time. My reward timed out too fast

I read a ton of negative reviews about Sellpro and went in to it thinking that it was going to be awful. But now I'm thinking all those negative reviews are from a bunch of braindead idiots. So far I've won a prize (mostly gift cards) about once a week. After you complete the training courses all you have to do is open the app every day to get ten free chances to win another prize.

Tyl. W. Nov 19, 2018

Great app makes learning about products worth it. Some more mid ranged prizes in the shop would be nice because there are a few easily attainable prizes but a lot of them cost thousands of points to get. Other than that I can't complain about free stuff

Jos. S. Apr 6, 2019

works really well, surprisingly stable software. certificates can take up a lot of storage when you have a lot of them synced but its pretty simple to unsync them if it becomes an issue.

Dem. l. Dec 21, 2018

Until recently it was good. I recommended to coworkers but now... no more gift cards in the shop. Why bother to learn and earn too try at the gravity game. That's like the claw game. Get it once then lose all your money trying again to never get anything. If i wanted till be unappreciated for learning or suggesting new things I'd just do what i do at work. This i felt it was worth my free time to learn. I at least got something for my time and trouble. Bring back the gift cards at least to give u

all the winners of actual prizes are always in Texas, Cali, and New York. I got a sub for insta ink and I dont even have a printer. what a waste. the short responses tells me you have nothing to add. get rid of all the small prizes and add better ones. got rid of the store and added a mall. and you have to play the game to get mall credits. and on the off chance of winning, you'll end up getting a $5 Starbucks card instead of what you were playing for.

The app works fine. I get the rewards but having longer to use them would be nice. Gravity is a joke. I have completed all of my courses for HP and no matter when I play it all I ever get is try again. I have talked to my colleges and I have never met anyone who one anything on gravity. Its like a slot machine that you can't win at.
