The scanner for the drivers license does not Work. I have called the office 2 times and no one have called me back-to help me or to work-out the situation with the scanner

I had a few questions and the support staff was able to answer them right away.
Like there idea but it don't like it. W/out synching w/DMS inventory the inventory wont be true. I like the idea of being able to scan a vehicle barcode & querry 4an appraisal via blackbook/kbb/edmunds. Dont like being forced to enter price/stock number 2save record. Barcode scanner wont do verticle barcodes. Dont see dealers being willing to pay 4features. Adds very minimal value for me
I have a small dealership and this app is great for adding customers. Its the only app I have found that scans both vins and ids
I love the concept of this app, but the inventory list disappears after entering it. And I thought there was a 30 day free trial of the premium features. I have to buy the premium features, no 30 day free trial. If these issues can get resolved I'll adjust my rating.
ID SCANNING DOESN’T WORK
I have sold cars for over 10, I have worked at dealers that do and do not have CRM's. I am now at a smaller dealership with no CRM. I downloaded the Selly app. because of lack of space to keep prior deals. It was one of the best decisions I have made to further my career. I now have a data base with my customers! I can also add customers and deals easily. I can scan the vin on the vehicle and scan the back of a driver's license for easy transition of information, which saves my time. Thank you Selly!
