Does not work. Always says "failed to get enrollment reading progress" I can't see my current attendance and my reading does not update on the teachers side even though I inputted it on my side. Also, my teacher can't see that I updated my reading at all!!! They have to go in and fix it for me even though it shows on my end it is updating (most of the time if it ends up working). Please fix this!!!
Refuses to retrieve enrollment progress for second semester until you Uninstall and reinstall. Getting to reading history is not as easy as it should be and neither is making. You should be able to drag for that! Also it is now refusing to let me sign in.
This used to be an incredible tool to maintain attendance, but now won't even open the last 10 days and crashes constantly. My peer, an Apple user, doesn't have that problem.
I have taught seminary for 3 years and used this app. It now freezes when I go to the seminary section. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled it twice and it still will not work.
It used to work great. Now I can even get pass my class name. Keep getting app not responding message. I Uninstaller and reinstalled. . . Nope that doesn't work either.
Rarely works without having to uninstall and reinstall. So disappointing. The church has multiple universities with CS programs, and this is the best we can do???
App was freezing since update. Had to update my account password and now it "fails to authenticate" me, so I can't even log in any more.
Very buggy and doesn't refresh when you tell it to.
Currently does not allow me to access the roles. I can't see the class list or take role. I've had to log into wise instead for several weeks now. Please fix.
App freezes at Teacher screen no matter how many times I reboot it, or the phone, or reinstall the app. Totally non functioning. This has been happening for months.
The app used to take you directly to the correct scripture in Gospel Library from the class Readings page. Since Gospel Library updated, (about a week ago) this no longer works correctly. After tapping on a scripture you are taken to the correct book in Gospel Library but no further. This feature was incredibly useful and I hope it is fixed soon!
App freezes on startup since update. Now no longer functions at all.
Frequently glitches. As of Mar 2022, it isn't even working at all. Need to put more resources into it. And this isn't the only church tech with issues. Lots of tech has problems. I pray (literally) that it will get better.
It won't show up on my phone, butI can go to the app store and it's there
It's not that great but it can be manageable the problem is if you read any scriptures from your phone it won't mark that I've read the scriptures in that day there needs to be a feature where it marks it automatically when you've read any scriptures from the librabry or the book of Mormon through the S&I
This app will not work! It keeps going on circles! I login to my account and it takes me to a page that has a button you click to "get started" (thats what the button says), but when I go and click it, it ends up taking me straight back to the Account sign in page! Please fix this! I was really looking forward to this app because I cant attend seminary amd Institute, but this doesn't work either!
There are major issues with this app. First, it won't let me log in. Second, if by chance I do get logged in, the app keeps closing out. It used to work just fine, but it is not usable at this point. When these bugs get fixed, I will give it 5 stars.
It would be great IF it worked. It shows attendance but shuts down every time we try to access the "reading" tab. That's why we downloaded the app - to have an easy way to record daily reading. :(
I can't sign in. I'm trying to reinstall. I sign in with the correct information and get taken back to the login screen. I have seen other people with this issue. Please fix this so I can use it in seminary! Edit: App has been reinstalled. It still does the same thing.
Writing feedback is also waste of time. This thing never starts. It simply shows a white blank screen forever. Such a waste, there's no use of developing an app that never runs on your device.
Like most church apps this app works only some of the time, and is way more complicated than it needs to be. Biggest drawback to teaching seminary is the Church's reliance on apps.
I updated it on 4/29/22 and now I can't even open up my class. Please fix it. :)
Most if the time it works fine. But then it crashes. I can't get back on. I have to Uninstall it and then Install it again. This last time, I can't install as a teacher. What's going on? I liked being able to take attendance on my phone sometimes.
Great app. The only reason it doesn't work is because SATAN IS CONTROLLING IT AND NOT LETTING PEOPLE ON
This app only works about half the time. Every time there's an update it seems to not work at all
This app keeps on bugging out when I try to mark my reading. It says that it failed to load classes and it has difficulty loading your reading. I've learned that signing out and back in helps but this morning I got an error while signing in that it couldn't connect to server. I finally got back in but the app was acting like my reading wasn't there. I need this app to work properly so I can graduate from seminary. I'm not sure if iOS (apple) has any of these issue or it's just Android.
