Overall a very good app, however I'd like to suggest an improvement. Instead of showing "you pay" amount including the transfer fee, I think it would be better if it was "you send" and the transfer fee shown separately. Depending on the payment method, the fee is included or there is no fee, and often it gets confusing and the wrong amount is sent.
On surface ok, but once you start using it you discover it does not deliver on its promise. Cumbersome and slow verification (as soon as you begin making material transfers). Your card and funds are frozen during the verification process. Very slow support. Bad exchange rates. Fees and rates can be "adjusted" days after transaction. (While the promise is "you see the rates before the transfer"). Guess who pays for the adjustment? Do not recommend the service at this point of time.
Not happy with the option Paysend link. I got a message saying the person did send me the money but when I log in to my account there is no option to accept the payment. On the other side the money left senders account and money has been lost. Customer service not answering to my messages at all. Not happy!
Horrible experience. It's super easy to send money, but when it comes to it actually making it to the other side, it won't. I had a medical emeregency and needed the money to pay for it. It is nowhere to be seen and there is ZERO ways to contact Paysend. No number, they say they have a chat, but it is absolutely non-existent, and emails or social media comments and messages are never replied to. I can't even explain how irresponsible that is.
Excellent rates, low fees, very fast service, happy customer. One area of improvement is enabling the functionality in the app for the sender to notify the recipient. That would be gold!
Says that transfer is instant but gets pending state after you send the money. No option to cancel, nothing. The support is there 24/7? No, maybe 1/365 is more realistic. There are better apps...
Costumer service is poor. I am having hard time connecting with them. I am having issues from the money I have sent. I have sent a huge amount of money, but the receiver haven't got any. I called my bank, and my bank send that the transaction has been completed. Paysend costumer service doesn't respond and act as quickly as possible. I will change the review, once the issue has been resolved.
Be careful. My money was not transferred but the refund was not made. Two weeks later the support service told me that it was my bank's fault, but a return was possible through a dubious and opaque scheme. Paul from the chat was unfriendly and after my dispute the chat feature disappeared from the app. The support service stopped responding via email. Beware of this service
Transaction was declined 5 times (I was able to complete the same transaction in the past). I emailed to Support and I've never heard anything back. But now they are asking to rate them. And now application says "I've reached limit of transactions" How is this possible if I was not able to transfer money once??? Horrible application. Will never use it again
Paysend the worst app I've ever used in my life!!!....Support team worse ever.....they always block your account for no reason, not secure..not something you can rely on as u don't know when they'll freeze the account and the support team won't even bother to reply messages....I don't recommend this app, I'd prefer to send money in any other app rather than in this .....The worse app I've ever come across and never using this app again.
I have been using paysend for a while. It is comfortable with sending money. However, I got my paysend card in the end of July and this moment couldn't activate it. For some time I didn't use it. Now I need my paysend card and still can't do it. It still stuck with my old documents. Technical support is not answering. It claims too much questions or something else. I'm also user of your application as others. I need activation of my paysend card.
Customer support is unresponsive so far (almost 2 days). I'm unable to transfer money to another person. All of the card info is correct, my account balance is good, and there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the recipient's card or name information, but every time I try to send money, I get the message "you can't make a transfer from this card." This allegedly 24/7 service hasn't responded even after almost 2 days. I sent an email and a chat support message.
So have been using paysend and everything was all good until i did a bank transfer transaction, 3 days money was never recieved by receipt...to make matters even worse these folks went and charged my card another amount without my approval. Now thats shady and scammy until they solve this problem im not editing this review and i have all evidence of this fraudity. Be careful using this app and especially storing card details with these folks something is fishy. Update they solved the issue.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! After setting up the acct for a virtual card and transferring money, I quickly went done hill. Verification email sent a dozen times, still says unverified. My money is now stuck in limbo. Wrote dozens of emails to get this rectified, not one reply email from customer support. My patience is done, stepped over to Bunq! I WANT ACCESS TO MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT!!!!!
This is the worst app ever! I have tried sending a transfer and my account got "frozen" for no reason. They asked me to send them multiple personal documents to unfreeze it - believe they are just collecting perosnal data. I reached out to their customer service to close my account and they told me it is not possible. I have no intention of ever using this app again and if you are wise you will do the same. STAY AWAY!
By far one of the worst company to deal with finance. Made a transfer from my wallet to my personal account. The money disappeared and I have had major issues trying to get anyone from the company to sort this out. Their "CHAT" is seldom answered and they definitely don't answer any emails. It has been two weeks now and still no help. If I could give them zero stars I would. UPDATE : I wrote the email as per the reply and I have not even received a reply from them. By far the worst company.
The worst app I have ever used, I tried sending money to one recipient it was successful and I tried again to the same recipient and it didn't go through, they wanted all the documents which was submitted already. And I have been trying to send different times to other person as well... Totally worst app I have ever used. Their customer service is even worse
Appallingly bad app and service, it barely works and feels super cheap and poorly put together. I'm pretty sure I've been scammed using it, as the app has taken my money, but not sent it to the intended recipient.
AVOID! I was left without a penny while abroad. Instantly reversed online purchase with confirmation of refund still not received since 12th of March. Verification again and again, initially my grandmothers transfer was frozen. Eventually I had to provide all the statements from senders (grandmother ba no statement, source or funds, father, mother). Okay, Eventually I had to verify myself again now expecting some other obstacle for the overdue refund.
I have been using Paysend since late 2020 loved it was easy, fast and with good rates. In 2022 they updated something on their Server and since the I cannot send money with my Maestro Master Card always telling me to use another card. After a few other attempts I got feed up and Uninstalled it. 😠 Went back to another Provider.
I tried sending money and I got blocked. The verification of your identity is over email. You have to proof who you are via email (the most secure method). I have been verified and I just hope it works. The app is easy to use but the blocking and verification over email method ????
Don't waste your time, service doesn't work, and support is almost non-existent. Took 2 weeks to respond with a generic message to call my bank or use a different card. Well if they looked at the failed transaction history they would see multiple cards and different amounts all failing.
This is an excellent app and an excellent service. Just sent some funds from my card in UK to a friend in Singapore who received the money instantly! Very clever and fast service. Recommended.
Worst app ever on entire play store. I have tried everything to confirm my email address but it never got confirmed. This is so annoying 😡
Hands down the fastest easiest way to send money from account to account I don't know why this is only rated 3.5 it should be a five-rated that's how much I it worked for me how easy the interface is to use and how simple it is what more could you want????? it does what it's supposed to... NICE APP 👍
Made an account a day ago and they froze it "for unusual activity" when no activity had even been done yet nor had any card/financial information been added yet. Been over 24 hours and contacted support multiple times with no response. Terrible app and terrible service, do not recommend.
After contacting customer support several times and never getting a response I was finally able to install the app since they fixed their bugs only to find out they are joining the big corporations and refusing to serve THE PEOPLE of Russia! Seriously? Most Russians are against this war. I have friends there who provide online consulting and now I cannot pay them. Thanks for nothing. Remember: it's Putin vs The People.
In two words, good and fast. All your experience will disappear when you will ask support team to help you. Some how my account was blocked. I've sent them all requested document, but it's says that wrong format, size. Whaaaaaat? I've checked the selfies. It's absolutely ok with them. However I'd like to use this app because it's very cheap easy and fast.
