Bad experience. They are asking for photos of credit card. I Don't know what type of way it is to veryfy the credit card. please let us know. I have done the payment after verifying from my bank. Moreover I have asked for refund. They have told me that the money is refunded. But what a "ban" status means in transaction?
Acknowledge emails when you request us to email you. A message from the app, an email from my PayPal email and my regular email all went unanswered until I posted a complaint here. People do not get upset if you acknowledge them. The service delivered some hours later, so I updated the rating based on "delivered as ordered" but still find the customer support lacking a sense of urgency when it is needed.
Worse App ever and getting even worse since few weeks now, they took your money, No way to contact and never answered and completely silenced like you don't have reason to send money. I had enough now.
Hi this is good but the problem is that you can't select your country you in it's only writing UK only and it's confusing please try to create a setting for that. And if there is possiblity to send to your mobile money.
This app has been a blessing to me and my family and friends. I am able to keep in touch with them easily without the hassle of someone actually leaving the house to go and get airtime. I have experienced great customer service from the Senditoo team when I've had queries.

The idea of sending money and phone credit is great. However the UI is rubbish and their no options and its super slow
This is waste of time to download the app does not work, I do trying to select the country that I'm sending from but it's seems the app works on one region of United Kingdom 😠
This is actually a nice application to transfer airtime to friends and family overseas, and their weekly 1 euro discount voucher comes handy. I would definitely recommend it.

So you people are here to steal people's money I tried to send glo credit of 2.68euro to africa but they collected 3.49euro from my card and didn't transfer the credit, it 3days now and they are still saying waiting for approval I need my money back or they should transfer the credit. agreement is agreement☹☹☹
