The worst e commerce app I have ever tried. It is extremely slow and the interface is just too terrible, not user friendly at all. It takes me like forever to finish my order. So disapointed knowing this app is a product of FPT! Poor performance.
It's ok. However, Can Dev improve app via delete sale codes that are out of date or unuseful in box. And, add a box function to select sale codes. It will be better for users. Thanks!
I ordered in this October two USBs and 3 days later recieved only cartons inside. Then I informed Sendo's customer care center and received helps. Now I recieved my money back but it took times for contacting and persuading... IMPORTANT FOR NEW CUSTOMERS: Checking items while receiving in the presence of Sendo's shipper(s) are allowed and recommended.
2 months and a reorder for my order to be delivered, except it never actually arrived but took my money anyway. And the perpetual "please wait while we check with the delivery service".
I HAD TO UNINSTALL IT SINCE THERE'S NO ENGLISH VERSION. MY VIETNAMESE ISN'T THAT GOOD TO UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING. MOREOVER, I DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO USE GOOGLE TRANSLATE JUST TO FIGURE EVERYTHING OUT. HAD TO SWITCH BACK TO SHOPPEE AND LAZADA I GUESS.
compared to other online shopping app, this is a scum. we are almost in 2020 and they don't know that there is an international language called "English" yet !!
No English version, no 1 shopping site comes last. Edit#1 ( 13 months later ): still NO English version!!! Lazada is the best online service of all. Best classification of goods, best deals and vauchers, best customer service ( in English too) and even their mails translated. Thanks Lazada ( and let Sendo, shoppee, tiki, .. ) in their uncoming "near future" 😋
The App not getting better even after the lasted update... Opens too slow and often freezing. Bad programmer who wrote this app.
This is the worse app ever! Very unprofessional and do not protect client at all. Strongly do not recommend you to use or buying from this app.
Stupid app! Add items to cart. App said items are already in cart. Open cart, nothing show up, empty? Free shipping in sendo app is SCAM. Keep away from all FPT apps.
nothing for non native vietnamese in vietnam .. you could at least take the effort to translate your interface .. otherwise same thing as any other shopping app

Really bad. Pay shipping fee many times for just an order from the same shop at the same time.
ZERO English options. If you had any idea how much money you are losing by not having an English version...EDIT: Response was not in English, so I have no idea what they said. Rating stands.
Everytime view the item in search result and come back to the search result then it's loading from begin, need found again and again.

Sendo is Good but its 99% Vietnamese Words. Hope we can also change the Language to english.

Sometimes, access and search on app is very slow and to cause time-consuming.
If you guys can add english menu i will be glad too. I see some offer here better than on La..da or Shop.., but Vietnamese is not an easy language to learn for a foreigner... :) Thank you in advance and wish you all the best!
