This app is horrible! Every single day it freezes. I "force stop" it, even restarted my phone thinking that's the problem; but it is not. No matter how many times I do this, it still does not work and I have to wait hours on end for it to actually work. VERY inconvenient when I am not near an ATM and want to know my own balance. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM 😡😡😡

Easy to use but very limited. You can basically only check your balance history & deposit a check. With the technology options available now, there should be more convenient services like bank to bank transfers & loan applications, etc.

This app lets me do all my banking via my mobile device. I have an android and can deposit checks, make real time transfers and pay my mortgage (both my mortgage and checking account are held at SS) i can also view deposit images and transaction history. All I need in one place!

Decently good usability, secure, and convenient as hell, especially as someone who hasn't lived in the area for the better part of a decade and can't physically go to the bank.

Is anyone else having a problem with the mobile app? Ever since I downloaded the android 12 update I can't open the app. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still nothing.

Deposits are worth the stars alone.

One of the easier banking apps I have used the mobile check deposit is simple and easy!

App doesn't load anything but the blue logo page.. hardly can call that a mobile banking app.

Note 4 update to 6.0 breaks app
