There are a lot of good things about this game. Graphics, music, even the story was engaging. So, why only 3 out of 5 stars? Slowish loads in various parts. Random crashing. Those I could live with, if the game wasn't so super grindy, with dozens of items that needed to be obtained. Ultimately, l uninstalled it because I just don't have the time to grind every single item.
This is like a lot of games out there, only with cute girls using flashy moves as your roster. There's also a building aspect of the game, though you don't really control what goes where. As an update to my review, after hitting level 30, the pay to win aspect really starts showing its ugly head. Building a competitive roster for PvP, siege or raiding is almost impossible without spending money on this. And while you certainly can earn the game currency required to draw (possible to get at least 2 draw 10s by the end of chapter 2, the lack of tanky characters seems to rear its head since many of your medium and long range characters are squishy. Also, I've bee getting disconnected A LOT in the last few days. Still, it'sworth a look though as the game's art work is great and gameplay is easy to learn.
My only complaint is the loading...so, so much loading. Can deal with it though no problems. And then you get stuck on the load screens bc all of the loading it's trying to do 😂 it honestly gets super annoying. Raid event going on, every time I try to go into one I have to close game and reopen it. So I just opt out of doing it altogether. Side note; be super careful about deleting the app and reinstalling it to fix bugs trying to get something to work. You get a restore code can use once only.
Very basic. 2d sprites on a 2d sidescrolling battle. Lots of characters to collect is a big plus, making them this HARD to collect is a big minus. Not enough chances to draw even with 10-15 gems per lvl. You only get 10 units per 500 gems. 100-300 sounds more reasonable with THAT large of a database. Battles get repetitive and boring. You can lose early even on "easy" matches. Hilarious. Music is nice but repetitive. Game has slow loading times. Skill use dont need cutscenes EVERY USE. Annoying
I played the game for a few hours and honestly I feel like I haven't done anything at all. The "city building" happens without any real input from you. You pat the heads of people walking around and it automatically builds and upgrades things around town without any direct input from you as to what, where, or when. Even the mission battles have all been set to fast forward and automatic. I decided to play around with the account settings and see if I can play on multiple devices and the answer is... kinda? You can switch which device you play on by generating a long code to fat finger into the other device but then it locks the initial device out. So it isn't really a backup like I wanted in case my device fails. I was able to swap back and forth between Nox and my phone using the code every time but if the active one fails I think I'm toast. So no real city building gameplay. Minimal to no RPG gameplay. No safe backup/account system. There's really nothing that exciting to get into here.
I've been trying to enjoy this game now for a month and I have finally decided to drop it. The game play is fine, but when EVERY battle gets interpreted by other players and you can do NOTHING to stop it then the game isn't fun anymore. You are not allowed to let your own team handle the fight. The challenge is gone from any encounter when random teams come through and just one shot your enemies.
So far the game is great and the characters are quite nice. Story is good as well as graphics is concerned. Unless I'm not far into the game my only concern is that I'm not able to place buildings where I want them and really personalised the town. Otherwise a great game for anyone looking to delve into something new for a while.
The tutorial feels a little lengthy, but once it's over, the game becomes a lot more fun and feels very open. It doesnt feel pay to win so far. i like the idea of building the town. the characters are memorable, though i wish their poses were more natural looking. some of the portraits look ckeaner than others too (different artists maybe?). scrolling through your recruits while looking at sqauds or their skills would help streamline things.
Not the worst game I have played but I wouldn't call it a good game. I wanted to like the game but got bored of it before the increased new player rewards ran out. There's a few things that bug me, the fact that it takes so many taps to just start a quest. The other and probably the biggest thing is that it's 30 dollars to draw ten units with one being a guaranteed 5* with a chance at a 6* ten dollars just once would get you enough it's 30$ after that. After playing I can say it's not worth it.
This started of as such a fun game and very newbie friendly and i loved how others can come and assist you and the mechanics of the game are easy to get to grips. The issues are the bugs when it shuts down and now I'm stuck on chapter 6 where it won't load up the next stage and been like this for a day now and i uninstalled and downloaded again. Its a shame about the bugs. I'm glad I didn't spend money and will be uninstalling. Shame really.
the connection is so absurdly horrendously garbage. might be decent if you didn't spend more time reloading than actually playing. Edit: revised down to 1*. FREEZES CONSTANTLY. Never played a game with less of an ability to run smoothly and stay connected. Utter trash as it is just because of that right now. I'm encountering them literally everywhere. Non stop. Other games work fine, this one can't function for 2 minutes even.
It's a pretty fun gacha game, and they're really generous to beginners. The historical references are there, albeit changed up. The art is pleasing to the eye and I'm a fan of the town system. I'm enjoying it so far, and I hope to become a longtime player. Overall, a solid mobile game that doesn't push a paywall down your throat.
This game as a whole is ok at best, when I started this game it was fun but now I look at it from a different view point. It's not really fun the system this game have is the characters you play. It's not enough that you get a single character but you need multiple of the same character to get it stronger. The orbs you get from farming isn't enough to get the drops that's randomized which makes the trade out unfavorable. Which makes you wanna spend real currency. That get expensive even discount
Perfect game, i would like to have a DPS, HPS,... meter to optimize the squads. I cannot find an option to choose language, only by changing system language. That needs to be changed. The rest is perfect. Since days I have Code 0 error during mobile data use and cannot fight anymore. Unplayable
Wow... The game was great, in the tutorial, but as soon as i downloaded all the files it crashed, and no matter how many times i reopen it is just crashes. I would say its your fault, but honestly its probably the quality of the game itself being higher than my device can handle. Super sad tbh
Had fun until the difficulty spike rose. I loved building the city and seeing popularity rise. Unfortunately i just check my dailies for orbs. The bundle packs for these are priced in a ridiculous fashion. Needs working out. The difficulty spike needs to drop, or at least give a better difficulty option for those who want hard mode.
Cute game but lots of unfriendly bugs - many unmotivated crashes, connection errors, weird popups (account sharing enabled) causing more crashes, popup during summoning using my hard earned 10x summon ticket, but due to the popup games freezes, restart needed, ticket used and no heros received. If those annoying crashes and freezes get fixed giving the player real fun and not 10 restarts every 5 minutes I will be happy to rate 5-star, but sorry, not with those situations cutting all playing fun.
Long start tutorial, as well as long loading times between screen. Once past the tutorial it gets more fun though. Think I'll keep at it to see how it goes later in the game as I've only started playing it today.
Innovative, greedy and broken. Even with the creative town building and fairly interesting story, this game struggles with regular glitches and aggressive gacha. The drop rates are a little better than usual but they need to be since you need a ridiculous amount of duplicate characters to get full functionality from them. Once I realized it was like 30 copies of one character to fully realize their potential, I just uninstalled. Its even worse for lower rarity characters too. No thanks.
It is a great game I wish I could play it but it keeps on crashing when entering a battle. I havent gotten off the tutorial yet and it crashes. Please do something about this matter because I am very interested in this game but it keeps on crashing!!
The ability to skip the fairly long tutorial would be nice, and the draw rates for 6* is almost zero, so be prepared to never have one...you can't even evolve your 3* Momochi Taba to a 6*...must pull her as a 6*...which brings me back to that zero draw rate. Not being able to evolve your characters seems like a waste to even pull them then....sad, would have so much more potential then...
Good game, great art, friendly f2P gacha mechanic, and generous orbs giveaway. I'm giving it 4 stars just because of the insane amount of intrusive loading screen. And sometimes the game just lags itself out as in pressing the confirm button does nothing. Had to restart my game three times in a middle of one gaming session. And this is on a OnePlus 8 Pro gaming mode, it shouldn't lag this much.
For some reason, you can't easily use the same account on multiple devices, (e.g. phone and tablet) you have to generate a code and input it it each time you want to switch from one device to another, which is obviously quite inconvenient. (also can't simply sync to your google account)
Fun little game with cute characters/sprites. Everything is pretty simplistic so it is easy to pick up and learn. A feel-good relaxing game so far. Login issue was fixed and it's nice the developers have reached out to their community, however my save data is still lost and I spent some money on here already
Really fun,and addictive game play with a good story. Make sure to generate an account code. They update the game frequently , if not you lose everything. I found this out the hard way, level 46 with several 6star warriors. I also purchased orbs to support the designers. All gone, and no response from tech support.
This game now became unplayable. Suddenly it shows a blank screen when it should be the daily rewards. No update, no change, but it forces the game to load the daily rewards page and won't show anything or allow me to do anything. Please fix this for those that play these games daily. In addition, i sent multiple emails to the support and still have no response from the support.
Worth noting that I haven't progressed much yet, so far it's not bad. Story isn't anything special but the actual writing is decent and cohesive, and there is indeed a story which is nice. Menus, navigation and such is easy and clean, the home page is not cluttered with buttons which is great. Suggestions: I wish buildings didn't upgrade on their own, I'd like to personally upgrade my estate. I would like to interact with warriors a little more, somehow. Maybe a talk option?
