Been a while and the app still doesn't work. Tried to log in many ways, ic, number and email but there are still error. Reset the password and yet still doesn't allow me to log in. Made a new account it says email in used. Weird or is it just me?
Not a good experience. You better let potential customers to look around first without forcing us to register an account. Moreover the account isn't just for the app but looks like a giveaway for personal data.
slow and sluggish. Better experience when using web. -search history not functioning. payment take very long time. item load slow. some item not appear on search results.
What applications this is??? Try order then when make payment, either credit card, online banking or E-wallet, totally showed nothing at all. I had tried more than 10 times, results are same. I want give 0 Star, but if no Star that means unable to post. Rubbish application. Bye bye Senheng.
Can't auto update, had to uninstall and reinstall. After download and can't login. Couldn't claim for my electrical appliances warranty because can't retrieve the receipt.
Many products of different brands ...good offers Service is good and reliable . Highly recommended for those who wants extended warranties..
Cannot even view My Cart from this app. All the buttons at the bottom leads to nowhere.

Each time i update, i need to reinstall back to use the apps, never update the apps if you want to use it 🤦🏽♂️
After the updates totally unable to sign in!! Now I wanted to checking back all my receipts for repair service purpose yet phone called to them no pick up!!
Since they upgraded (so called) I have a bad experience browsing it. The previous better and workable. Bad...really bad.

Uninstalled old version and reinstalled new version. Try login with phone number. After enter TAC number, the app still keep on loading only. I wait 5 mins, still loading. Dear Sin Heng IT team, How long i should wait after enter TAC? 1 hour? 1 day? 1 week?
Was working fine. They "upgraded it" and now I cannot use the app anymore. Giving up. Go with Harvey Normans and get less Headache
Shopkeeper allow to install this apps, first time register resend 20 times verification code didn't receive any message so I walk out go to other shop.

My purchase history, invoice and warranty all missing after update.
New app refreshed look, navigate better. However, its points system and My Documents are still super confusing. I was told that Senheng will be simplified the point system, but in this new app it still has 3 separated points. In My Documents, Official Receipt, Order Form, Tax Invoice, Cash Sales... What're difference between these documents. Is it necessary to have so many documents?
Not really friendly app. After login, click to search, it goes to link website. Need to login again. What is purpose login into app, how many times need to login. Need to search item only, refer how other shopping app did.
Terrible !!! After switching to this new Senheng apps from the old version, I couldn't even log into my account. How to access to all my past purchases records?
Once I click "To payment, the next page go blank and stuck there the whole time. Be it using the apps it self or using browser. Same issue. Can't even process my payment. Please admin fix this soon.
Already updated but still ask to update the app. After reinstalling the app, it crashed. Can't even start the app.
Garbage app. Big company like senheng but can't be bothered to spend more on IT. Somehow I can login using app but can't login when I'm using PC. So everything has to be done using this garbage app to use their reward point. The website is congested or slow like mf. Highly unintuitive UI. Whichever dinosaur handling the IT department need to go.
I had downloaded the app several years ago. It was buggy - uninstalled. Recently I downloaded the app again, thinking it must be more polished by now. Don't bother, it is still buggy. I am their PlusOne member but can't log in. Reset the password twice, still can't log in. Up to email address as user id OK, but won't go past the password (reset twice remember) - white circle rotating forever. Now if your app is buggy, is your customer service the same?
