Senior Chess
Anyone familiar with the rules of chess can adjust the play level arbitrarily so that both the human player and the Android device have a fair chance to win. This is realized by setting a suitable relative frequency (0
- 100%) of "odd moves" that the app will produce instead of normal, strong moves. This feature makes Senior Chess especially interesting if you play at a moderate level and don't want to lose every game. Even if you are an absolute beginner, you can win: just let 100% of all moves be weak ones, as demonstrated in http://youtu.be/bw408-vBQxw Besides the promo video above, there is also a video that shows a game of Senior Chess, playing White, against a very popular Android app, playing Black. Simple and best chess app. Best engine. Positional advantage analysis . Positional game play instead of aggressive play. Only problem is not having redo buttom also to analysis mistake.
Nice App, Is it possible to make it compatible on a Chromebook? I have a Google Pixel Slate that can run Android apps, however Senior Chess does not work with this device.

I own a thousand chess books and am reasonably satisfied with the strength of this chess program. Please consider adding the Stockfish chess engine to help players analyze their chess games.
Bugs are there in app. no option to attach video else i should have attach screen record.
ask to access my media gallery for whatever reason, when i denied it access it completely bugged out and crashed

What a beautifully crafted chess engine and app. This app is very well supported by video and text instruction from its creator. Its delibarate mistake settings make it a wonderful sparring partner. Place it's mistake level to 0 and you unleash a monster. It is at home in both positional chess and sharp tactical positions. Perfect simply perfect. I cant find anything that could have been done better. Simply wonderful. Download and enjoy. And my thanks to it creator, for giving us this master peace.
I like the variety of functions included. The only headache for me is that i can't exit with back button on my Galaxy Note2. I suppose an exit command can be added to the main menu to bypass any device/hardware constraints.

Really a state of the art & extremely sophisticated in conception.Colossus Chess for ZX & Napo Chess together with Senior Chess my favourite apps. 10*100*1000 stars !
Has multiple levels of difficulty to let you start easy and get better over time. Undo allows for taking silly mistakes back. And you can switch pieces with computer if you feel like you cannot win the game and would like to see what the computer would do in your situation.
reasonably strong
Had this for awhile, but the king keeps making illegal moves. When you have the king on the run it makes illegal moves and even says it's doing it, kinda weird...so I deleted it for good...
It helps me a lot to upgrade myself . Nice to get it.
Every position i want ,this game has
Nice and simple chess app with no unecessary features. The included engine plays a decent game and does not repeat the same opening every game. The only thing I would really like is an option to keep the screen awake. A lot of times, I will start to think about the position and the screen will automatically dim and turn off after a little while unless I touch it which is a little annoying. Anways thanks for this awesome ad free chess app!!!
